The property is very beautiful, the beach in front of it is one of the best, and changes its shape every day due to the water level. The staff was very kind and helpful and the breakfast in the morning is super!

We booked a double room asking for an extra bed, and unfortunately it was very uncomfortable. Also the place in which it was located was very noisy due to the AC motor fixed on the external side of the wall close to the extra bed, resulting very annoying. The day after we moved the bed on the other wall and the situation improved a little but it was not nice sleep there as well.

We stayed in the sea view bungalow, we had the best view and the sand was just on our doorstep. The rice pineapple dinner was amazing

Second time I stay here and I love that it is a little away from the busiest part in Chaweng. Free paddle boarding with incredible ocean views from the pool and really good breakfast options are the highlights for me

I love the massage option in the swimming pool area but all other hotels have more affordable prices for the classic massage so i would suggest to keep prices consistent with what's being offered along the beach

Loves being at the end of the Main beach the hotel was quiet but a pleasant stroll to all the action.

Incredibly good value for money and a great location short walk to chaweng town. All the staff very friendly and welcoming.

I didn’t stay in the villas but they felt very close to each other so would probably recommend staying in either the seafront villa or hotel room. Hotel room didn’t have a good view but I was only in there to sleep so not important.

nice green garden area and bungalows towards pool area. rooms big and good space with a small couch and bank. the aircon is quiet in eco mode so good nights sleep. to get from reception/hotel rooms to pool and restaurants other guests walk past the villas but it didnt bother much to be honest. no noise or anything. restaurant has nice views towards the ocean and staff is very friendly. breakfast has more than enough choices here. we did not miss a thing. european, asian, juices, fresh made eggs, pancakes, french toast...... not sure why others complain...(this is not a 5 star luxury hotel where breakfast cost 25euro) same goes for the restaurant for lunch or dinner. prices are reasonable and some items even cheaper then in Chaweng town on the main tourist strip. again no idea why people complain... its not streetfood for 50THB a plate. taxis do go down the small hill to the hotel, maybe some dont but its just 300m from the main road. quiet but close with scooter to Chaweng town if you need it. to walk is too far for sure. no noise in the area. regarding the beach...there are tides in Thailand so guests need to keep this in mind that sometimes you can walk out 500m and sometimes the water is on the wall of the restaurant, still flat though so no swimming. no fault if the hotel itself, its the nature and environment. same goes for the seagrass, algae. there can be some, which gets cleaned up but of course it can come back or gets washed into the whole bay again. no wonder if oceans get too warm... we had a short but 2 good nights stay here and felt comfy. if you get a good deal on this hotel...take it.

- Excellent personel, friendly and competent and always at your service, service that comes with a smile - breakfast is very good, good mix of classic Thai and European - swimmingpool fit its purpose, clean and big enough - restaurant is very good with good choice of dishes Thai and European - Beach, not present, therefor a sundeck with chairs (free to use) - temperature of seawater

- beds: not comfortable, the matrasses are not supported by a slatted frame but a simple wooden plate - distance to supermarket 711, manageable though - distance to the markets etc. (need transport) - restaurants nearby are OK, I would have preferred more local restaurants instead of Thai/European - the sea and its shallow water (very safe though) - absence of beach

This place is in a beautiful location, modern, clean, well cared for, and friendly staff. Food was great! Reasonably priced and we got a discount as we were guests. Its in a quiet corner but was easy to walk into the busy part of Chaweng (about 20 minutes walk down the road - or you could walk through the water round to the next beach) We also rented scooters for 200Baht a day from a rental store close by. We had the option to get our room cleaned each day but even if you opted not to they would bring drinking water and toilet paper.

The only thing was that the restaurant/bar closed at 10:30pm and we wished it was a bit later.

I had a beach side bungalow and couldn't fault it for the price, the room staff so attentive. Good breakfast and restaurant menu had some really good Thai food

I found the "garden rooms" were strange - basically no privacy at all and would t stay in one as they deface each other and staff and customers have to walk directly in between. Also (pet hate) guests getting up early and "reserving" all poolside sunbeds. Then not going back until mid afternoon. I simply checked towels away and took a seat and when they questioned I just said no idea beds were free when I came........

An exquisite hotel with exceptional service and staff. Feels like paradise when you first walk out and see the pool and beach. Villas are lovely, clean and quiet. There was a mix of young people and families during our stay and it was absolutely fine. We stayed during the November full moon party and it was perfect to get a boat over to KP and the hotel had flyers for those services. Would definitely come back and recommend to everyone. This hotel is located in Chaweng but away from the hustle and bustle of the strip which we loved. However note It will require taxis or bike rental to get yourself around so keep that in mind. That can be more costly for a single or couple as grab bikes aren’t popular on Koh Samui. However it is very easy to get grab taxis or rent a bike! 10/10 stay!
