Expect a lot of stairs, no-frills comfort, and underwater magic waiting just beneath the surface. It’s not for everyone. But for those seeking stillness, salt, and solitude, this place is a portal. Highly recommended for nature lovers ready to disconnect, dive in, and step through.

Stunning location. The snorkeling was off the hook. Unique accommodation experience as the apartments are mostly open air with just the sleeping rooms being closed in, which was kinda cool. Very peaceful place. There's a cafe and beach bar just round the corner which you can swim to. We enjoyed going to lunch every day by coral reef. We spent 10 days here snorkeling and chilling.

The remoteness is very cool but be warned it will cost you 800 baht round trip in a taxi to get to the nearest village, Sairee, so come prepared. The apartment we stayed in had a gas stove and a fridge so bring your own food. On the whole the place is a little run down but this is reflected in the price.

Incredible views and great location for snorkeling. Big apartment, good main beds. Decent showers.

Awful air con , more like humidifiers. Location is sketchy , you will NEED a bike and you will need to be experienced , especially if driving with 2. Extremely steep long hill up and down to get to the property. Not sure why this isn’t made clear ? Definitely asking for a death wish. Not great facilities such as kitchen , nothing worked. 3 bed apart means one bed is a sofa , not a sofa bed.

An absolute gem of a place to stay, with brilliant views, clean rooms, great staff. Swam with turtles - the diving in the live coral is some of the best I've ever done, close enough to the ferry port and its restaurants and parties, far enough away to be in your own little paradise. Staff fantastically helpful, happy to run you into town for a few baht, also have motorbikes to explore the island on. I definitely will be back!

I cannot fault the place or my stay. Gem of a place, stunning diving.

The location was amazing, would recommend arranging the owner to collect you and take you to the accommodation as the road leading to it is really steep and some taxi may not take you. The staff (especially the owner) were all lovely and friendly. The beach and restaurant are a 5/10 minute walk and are amazing.

Nothing, there were some critters and small furry animals around the property but what do you expect living on the aside of a cliff?! Be prepared for ALOT of steps to climb and the walk to the beach is a bit challenging but so worth it once your are there.

The room was lovely, really big balcony! Friendly older gentleman who owns the place who was very accommodating.

Location isn’t ideal, will either need to use a taxi every day which are expensive, hire a moped but the roads are very dangerous and hilly! We are experienced motorbike drivers and didn’t want to drive up and down those hills. The owner does lifts to and from places which is cheaper than the normal taxi but still a fairly large expense everyday to get food and drinks or to go to the beach as you couldn’t swim in the sea by the accommodation as it was rocky and very wavy. Impossible to get in the water safely. There is a cute bar a fairly close walking distance but again not access to the water.

Booked to stay here for 5 nights, ended up staying a month. This place is a snorkelling paradise, although there is no AC there is a nice breeze in the rooms. There is a lot of wildlife about, lots of squirrels! 😍

There are a lot of steps to get out of the complex and a steep hill to drive over to get to the hotel, but the hotel does have a very reliable taxi service

Situated alongside one of the least crowded bay of the island. The snorkeling just in front of the hotel is sublime. The villa we rented was a very good size for the price.

The villa is not in the best shape. Lights not working, showers leaking, some general damage probabbly sustained throughout the years. Nothing major, it didnt affect our stay at all. I would still recommend it in the future. Also the road to get there might be a challenge for someone without motorbike experience.

View was nice, room size really nice ( this time the price was good( 175£ for 5 night, previous booking was 280£ for 6 night,,to expensive” Location it’s to far from center, you have to rent a bike

They should have a mop in a bathroom and in a kitchen need a towels or something to wipe the table

Clive was very welcoming and showed me around the resort and gave me a couple of rooms with different balcony views to choose from. The reef beneath the resort is incredible. The tranquility and peacefulness around this part of the island is what makes it, you can only hear the ripple in the waves. If you like sunrises this is a place you must stay!

Bathroom was very warm and small but it was still very clean and good. The room itself did get very warm but once you set up the air con and fan properly there is no problem.
