The location was great and staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to try and accommodate us and answer our questions. The pool area was really nice and the restaurants were good. We loved sitting on the veranda watching the rain and listening to music. We were saddened that the foam party was cancelled due to the storm.

The first room I booked with king size bed, a view and balcony. The view was of a building’s roof… it was terrible, however the staff quickly changed me to another room that had a view of the pool and slight view of the ocean. It didn’t have a balcony which was greatly disappointing and two beds which they offered to change to a king but pushing them together. We just left it. The room itself was very dark and not inviting or cozy. The bathroom had a barrier at the bottom entryway that we had to step over which made me very nervous that I would trip or hit my foot. It was so dark that I couldn’t see if the room was clean or not.🥴. They are renovating rooms so I may try and stay again in one of the newer rooms.

Location- everything is spread out nicely, and you do not feel cramped or crowded. Breakfast was a very good assortment of both local and western variety. Rooms were cleaned and supplies always replenished. Hard Rock Cafe with nightly entertainment was a plus. We had a lovely server and she was a delightful girl - the manager was just as nice - Beach across the street was a nice way to take a morning walk. Our tour desk rep, Tion was very helpful in suggesting where to go and arranged for a taxi to take us around. His name is Donut and he was very patient and drove us to the sights. Dave at the front entrance and all the staff at check in ,at the entrance. Bellhops, staff in the breakfast room - all wonderful. We had no complaints. Ambience, gardens, huge pool and lots of lounge chairs. A nice section of the pool dedicated for children.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, All staff were very professional and friendly. Rooms and beds were exceptional. Very clean. Definitely one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Highly recommended to those who prefer quality accommodation.

Only drawback was the construction work noise during our stay. Although inevitable as we understand the hotel needed to undergo renovation, it did somewhat affect the patrons. Maybe a discounted rate could have been applied to all customers during this period.

Perfect hotel for family with kids. Our kids enjoyed the water slides in the pool. Fantastic location - right opposite the beach. Very warm,smiling and helpful staff. Good buffet spread for breakfast. The staff specially prepared vegetarian dishes for us. Free EV cars (2 seater) available on site, need to make a reservation a day prior. That was one of the most memorable part of our stay.

Initially partial sea view rooms with crappy rundown empty pool view were allotted. When approached the reception to change, they were kind enough to change our rooms instantly.

Everything was great staff friendly and it was a great place to holiday

The people who smoke seem to think that they can smoke in every outside area. I was sitting near the pool and young kids were nearby and some people decided it was ok to smoke. I just with the Hotel would enforce no smoking in every area of the hotel and make them go on the streets to smoke.

Great hotel with a very nice pool area, just next to the beach. Staff was always very helpful.

Hotel right infront of Pattaya beach and many eatery. Central festival mall is within walking distant. Jasmjne Cafe around the corner serve real good local Thai food at great price.

Breakfast spread is the same for consecutive 4 days. Funtional gym with dated machine. Could enforce basic hygiene of guest that uses the gym, there is a guest that come in every morning around 9am with strong perspiration odour that really affect the other user. Pillow way too soft.

We loved the staff, kids club, pool activities. The best resort we have been to in Thailand with our family. Happy hour really made the bar competitively priced

The lifts were slow, WiFi in the gym intermittent but nothing major.

I really enjoyed my stay in Hard Rock Hotel in Pattaya, everything was perfect: room, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, reception, services, position. For a solo traveller is perfect. Big thanks to the staff all and them smiles. In particular I really appreciated Jame-s that organized me the transfer for bangkok, very nice guy. Also the warm welcome of the night gard in the swimming pool gave me good vibes!

Very friendly welcome with complementary drink. Smiles from all staff, super friendly. Very I,oressibe entrance hall and the room on 7th floor Met our needs exactly - pool and sea view. Complementary water and bathroom essentials. Room cleaned to a very high standard. Breakfast was superb with great selection in an airy dining room. Always met personally by the staff. Swimming pool and swim uo bar incredible. Fantastic pool setting with towels, loungers and trees. The pool area is very clean. There is even 5G hotel wifi at the poolside. A very nice touch was the two lifeguards on duty at all times. You don’t see that very often. Wifi in the hotel was great too. On our last day we were spontaneously offered a later check out (1pm instead of 12pm). Much appreciated as we didn’t ask. Great hotel location in between Beach Rd and Second Rd meaning transport costs (10 baht on the baht bus) can be minimised. Hotel is right on the beach and a short walk from Central Festival Mall. There is also a useful 7/11 opposite the hotel entrance in Second Road. I will highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Prices in the souvenir shop of Hard Rock merchandise was a bit expensive. Limited dining options in the evening. No sweet snack (cake, biscuit etc) available for afternoon tea at the Pizzeria.
