Great Location, great staff at the reception, good room.

The hotel does not really have sea/water facing rooms as there is another building between hotel and water. Water can only be seen sideways from the windows. But thats not a showstopper. The facility and staff make up to it. Also, the shower used to suddenly change from hot cold for few seconds and hot again. This was inconvenient.

The staff was very helpful. They allowed early check-in and stored our luggage after check-out. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. There were disposable slippers, a spacious bathroom with multiple shower options, and toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels and bed linen were changed regularly, and they even washed our dishes. The location is very good, just a few minutes’ walk from Galata Tower and close to the Galata Bridge. The Haliç Metro Station and Golden Horn Metro Bridge are also nearby, making it easy to reach other parts of Istanbul. Very convenient for both walking and public transport. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

At night, we were occasionally disturbed by the sound of water dripping from the AC unit above, hitting our window. We also noticed a strange smell when entering the room, which disappeared after turning on the ventilation. Just a small and honest suggestion for improvement.

Our room was quite small but well setup and very comfortable. We were on the ninth floor and had great views over the Golden Horn. The location was excellent, it is only a few minutes walk to the Galata bridge and an easy walk to the sights in the area or across the bridge to Sultanahmet. The bathroom was clean, the shower excellent. The room was quiet and there were no issues with noise. The manager couldn’t have been more helpful. He helped with the luggage, arranging transport and providing information. We used the cooking facilities. They are basic but adequate. The photos accurately represented the room.

We had an amazing stay at Art Karaköy! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a breathtaking view that made our mornings even more special. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Istanbul. Nestled in the heart of Karaköy, we could easily walk to Galata, the Spice Bazaar, and even take the ferry to the Asian side. There were also plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and shops right around the corner. Overall, our experience at Art Karaköy was exceptional. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Istanbul, this is it! We can’t wait to come back.

Everything was perfect!

Apartment is spacious, good for a group of 3. There's some basic items for cooking (electric hob, pan and plates). You have a decent view of the sea, altho it's a little partial - you have to stick your head out to get a good view. Location is around 10mins walk to Galata tower and 15-20mins walk to Istikal (both are a uphill walk). On the other side of the sea, you can also cross over to the historic centre. It's a good option if you want to be close to both Karakoy and Sultanahmet areas. The hotel arranged airport transfers were also good - reasonable price, punctual and comfortable.

The lift is quite small and acted up on occasion. But they were also quick to look into it.

Loved the location, very close to all the tourist spots. And at the same time very quiet. I also liked the staff, all questions were solved immediately, very friendly

There were a few issues regarding room cleaning when we just had towels changed and water put in. I appealed to the staff and the next day our room was cleaned properly. And I would like to say that the rooms need repair. But it's not critical, of course

Staff in the reception was really friendly and helpful. Location is convenient about 7 minutes walk to the Karakoy tram station. Just opposite there is a nice restaurant/coffee shop. 10 minutes walk to Galata Tower. It's very beautiful near Galata Tower area and has so many nice coffee shops and restaurants. Our room was in the 9th floor and we had a amazing view of Galata Bridge Bosphorus and Galata Tower. House keeping was alright. if we need something we can always ask from the reception and they are always ready to help.

There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. Complained about it but they also couldn't help about it.

The location of this place is simply great! You are 5 minutes away from the tram that brings you to the Sultanahmet/Aya Sofia/Basilica Cistern area, you are about 10 minutes walking to Galata tower and Istiklal/Taksim area and it is served by many buses. The staff is great, they are very responsive and they help out with any requests you might have. And the rooms are amazing, there is a small kitchen with appliances more than enough for your daily use, the bathroom is big with a great shower, the bed is comfortable and there is a sofa bed in the living room area that makes so convenient when you are a family. I can only recommend this place!

Nothing really, the only downside is that the elevator sometimes gets broken and they need to fix it, but I believe they are working on a permanent fixing solution at the moment.

Great Place to stay with affordable price. Nice staff, very neat and clean property, good comfort. Location is good/convenient. Its very near to Galata bridge, near to Tram/Bus/Metro station.

The location of the suite is amazing literally walked everywhere. we stayed in Superior Suite with Sea View and the view is just so beautiful with the hot hub there its just so perfect for a romantic stay.

there was no dinning table so it was difficult to eat as its just sofa and hot tub. You cant turn down the heating of the living room so its really hot when you use the hot tub. and if you open the windows you will attract mosquito's
