My husband and I had an unforgettable experience staying at the Cronton Design Hotel during our trip to Istanbul. The exceptional service provided by Valeria and team was the highlight of our stay. Valeria, in particular, stood out for her exceptional care and attention to detail. We had the pleasure of staying in 3 of the room types and can with confidence say the beds are comfortable, rooms are beautifully decorated and offers all the amenities one would need during your stay. The location of the property is perfect. It's in the heart of the old town with easy access to shops, restaurants, markets, transport, and tourist attractions. Our stay was made extra special by the personal touches and attention to detail by the team. No request was too much to ask. They even went as far as lending us a metro card. We spent some time in reception and could see every guest is treated with personal care, like an old friend arriving home. The staff is the heatbeat of this property. If it was not for them, it would just be another beautiful hotel. We stayed here during the start of our holiday and ended our vacation with a stay at The Cronton, and we loved it so much that we will definitely be back. Whether you're looking for a city break, romantic getaway, family time, or business trip, The Cronton has it all. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is very nice, Staff is very polite and kind, they can help with anything you need, bookings, reservations, transfers and so on,special mention to Mellica,Pinar and Suat. There are two restaurants, one in GF another on roof top with nice view, the food is good and prices are affordable as well. Rooms are well arranged and clean, mini bar available and all facilities as well. The location is very near to all historical attractions, grand bazar as well. If we return to Istanbul we will most definitely stay only here again.

Some rooms are a little bit noisy and the bathrooms is a little bit small, but confortable.

I liked the lady working in the receiption she was very friendly and she was helping us even with the metro tickets and taking our laggage from far car park location. the service, cleanliness of the hotel and the location was perfect.

I had to use the stairs most of the time because I didnt want to wait long for the elevator specially there was one elevator in the hotel. the WIFI was slow.

A beautiful, high-quality and atmospheric hotel in a 19th century building. Excellent location for tourists.

It's noisy outside and closed windows don't help. Good restaurant food but with Michelin prices. The hotel is located in a limited traffic area, so transfer to and from the hotel is only by hotel car or on foot with a suitcase from the main road.

I like the staff, the room size and the location.

Second day they did the refillment of the coffee capsules and gave us 3 instead of 4 peaces. I do not know why. It is not the problem, but I think they should have a housekeeping supervisor. The room was very clean and everything was nice. The only issues I saw was the hair from someone else bellow my pillow.

If you can treat yourself to a deluxe or executive king suite then do it. These rooms are amazing! You'll never want to leave! Staff as always were wonderful, especially Valeria. She deserves a pay rise. She makes the hotel what it is!

the room was a little cold. It was December, so of course cold, but the heating didn't seem to heat the entire room very well.

I recently had a pleasure of staying at Cronton design hotel in Istanbul, and i must say it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming,professional,and attentive to every detail,ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect,nestled in the heart of Istanbul,providing easy access to many historic landmarks. The rooms were stunning-tastefully decorated with perfect blend of modern luxary and traditional Turkish charm. The bed was exceptionally comfotable and cleanliness was immaculate.

I wish Vanity space in the bathroom would have been more.

Valeria and her colleagues were extremely attentive friendly and helpful at all times, the food was excellent, we were given great advice on places to visit and restaurants to choose. Check-out was very efficient. The location of the hotel is the best in Istanbul for travellers wishing to walk to ancient places and the very efficient (albeit challenging) tram is close by. The hotel is a very popular place for local people to enjoy tea, coffee or a glass of wine with delicious cakes on the footpath outside the entrance and in the foyer, which lends a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere to the hotel.

The weather! although after two rainy days we had good sunshine.

What an excellent spot. I stayed here twice, at the start of August for two nights and the end of August for three nights. Firstly the hotel is clean, tidy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The downstairs cafe very good and I even ate once in the rooftop restuarant and this was small but nice with an excellent city view. The location of this Hotel meant you could walk easily to all of the main attractions. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazarr only 10-12 mins walk away. The Spice Bazarr even closer. And to walk over the Galata bridge, eat at one of the restaurants on the bridge was only a 10 min walk in the opposite direction. I even walked to the Galata tower and back but that was more like 1 hr. You can of course get on a tram which is close by. The room was excellent, comfortable and I slept well.

For anyone seeking a central location combined with luxury and an extraordinary view of the city, I wholeheartedly recommend the Cronton Design Hotel. It’s a place that delivers on all fronts.

The main drawback is the breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant: the menu is too simple and lacks originality, especially for a hotel of this category. It’s a shame, considering the richness of Turkish cuisine. On the positive side, the daytime ambiance is enjoyable, with a diverse clientele coming for coffee, tea, or desserts, creating a space for great interactions. A real highlight, despite some needed improvements like more readable menus or QR codes to modernize the experience.
