Our stay at the Meroddi Bagdatliyan Hotel from August 6th to 12th was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our experience was superb. The hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The accommodations were immaculate and comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary after long days of exploring. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. Their genuine warmth, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction were remarkable. No request was too small, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The amenities and services provided were top-notch, catering to our every need. The hotel's location proved ideal for accessing local attractions and immersing ourselves in the vibrant culture of the area.

I stayed in this hotel with my friends for 4 days. There are no words to describe how amazing our stay was. The staff was very kind, sweet, helpful and they made us feel like home. To be more specific, before going to this hotel we had the most horrible experience in another house we had booked and we had to leave the place as soon as possible. Once we arrived at Meroddi hotel the staff in the reception were willing to hear our story from the other place and make sure we were not in trouble, that we were safe and secure. We cannot thank them enough for their help in this hard time. Also, during breakfast the staff working in the restaurant always had a smile on their face, they were polite and by our side in case of anything occurring. Moreover, our room was always so clean and tidy. Last but not least, on our last day in the hotel the staff had left in our room a small cake with a note saying they hope we enjoyed our stay. I have never experienced such treatment from other hotels I’ve stayed in in my life. I 100% recommend it!

Recently me and my 2 friends stayed at Meroddi and honestly everything was perfect, location was immaculate, food was good. But best thing about this hotel was the staff, it may not be as renounced as other hotels i’ve stayed in or it may not have as big of a name as hotels in cities such as Dubai, Hong Kong, London, New york, But i can assure you that none has been more welcoming towards me and my friends. From the moment we arrived everyone was so helpful and so welcoming. Besides the fact that we arrived late and in the middle of the night, they still greeted us perfectly. The quality of service was nothing short of outstanding. In a world where grandeur often defines luxury, this hotel shines by excelling in the finer details. the rooms were impeccably clean, creating a cozy ambiance that felt like a home away from home. Id like to thank Con, Umit, Erkan and Aysude for making our stay absolutely wonderful right till the moment we left. This is honestly one of the best and if not the best hotel i’ve stayed in.

Breakfast for the rate we paid and for the type of Hotel it is was FANTASTIC in our opinion. Location was SUPERB...so many shops...restaurants...Historic sites to visit all within a 1km radious of the Hotel. You dont have to leave the area if u dont want to. Room was small but VERY COMFORTABLE...great bathroom..clean and a great housekeeping team.Great aircon in the room. In room safe deposit box. Theres no laundry service in the Hotel..but Front office can direct you to a laundry provider 5 mins walk from the Hotel. Staff in every department are friendly..helpful and eager to help.

The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from Galata Tower and around 10 minutes on foot to Taksim. It's also very close to the metro, so there's no need to take a taxi to/from the airport. The hotel staff are extremely kind and helpful. The reception is available 24/7 and they solve any issue quickly and efficiently. A special thanks to Ms. Aysude, who is very kind and professional — she even left a lovely gift in our room on our last night, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel is clean and relatively quiet. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The mini fridge and electric kettle in the room were very useful. Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay and I 100% recommend this hotel. I truly hope their services continue to improve even more day by day!

The location of the hotel is three minutes from the metro and the Galata Tower. There is a nice terrace on the 4th floor of the hotel, from where you can see the bay. The room is interesting, clean, warm, soft bed, warm blanket. Lots of pillows are comfortable. I really liked the new bed linen, silky and very pleasant. Breakfast is varied, for every taste. Many thanks to the staff for their care and attention. It was very nice to receive fruits and sweets as a gift.

great location....a little small but very suitable...GREAT BREAKFAST thanks to Aysude,Duyude, and Omer all were friendly and very attentive to my needs...The front desk as also very helpful.

One minor thing was the house keeping was was somewhat inconsistent...with replacing items like water and coffee...but when mentioned it was rectified.

I stayed twice in this hotel during my trip to Istanbul. Excellent location as it's close to many attractions. Buffet breakfast with good varieties and fresh food. The staff are the best. Special shout out to Asyude, Kaan, and the rest of the team as they will go above and beyond to make clients happy and comfortable during their stay. I highly recommend this place. If I re-visit Istanbul in the future, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Rooms facing the street were noisy to me, especially during the night, and kept waking me up constantly.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights and had a wonderful time (Istanbul is a beautiful city). I was with my wife and son and had two connecting rooms: there was plenty of space for three people. The rooms were quiet and well-ventilated (we didn't use the air conditioning). Comfortable beds with daily linen changes (even slippers), functional bathrooms that were just the right size. The cleanliness was top-notch. Sweet and savory breakfasts included excellent Turkish specialties and traditional desserts. The location was magnificent for exploring the city, with numerous public transportation options nearby (metro, tram, and funicular). The staff were always available and made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended.
