Perfect location. Right next to Galata tower and close to istikal street. We chose this hotel for its location . As i said the biggest advantage is location. We choose breakfast option and it was also good. Breakfast is served in another building which is at 20m at Meroddi Barnathan hotel. Nice turkish breakfast with a view of Galata tower. On 2nd day we good Turkish delight, cookies and goodies for kids when we came back from our tour. It was a nice gesture and truly appreciated. The kitchen is an advantage as we could make food there for our children.

The apartments could be cleaner. There was some foul smell from the kitchen in our apartment. We were a group and the other apartment was bigger and better. Overall apartments need better cleanliness. It this is rectified the rating can be 9 or more.

Excellent hotel location. Very responsive staff — they helped with literally everything. The manager personally checked in to see if everything was okay and was always available for contact. For example, when I mentioned that I wasn’t fully satisfied with the breakfast (which was originally served in a neighboring building), they changed the arrangement and we received a wonderful, varied breakfast on the rooftop restaurant with a stunning panoramic view of the city. A gift with sweets and toys was left in the room for my son. When the shower hose suddenly broke, it was fixed immediately. Also, when we were leaving for the airport and the taxi was running late, the receptionist personally called the taxi company to check when the driver would arrive. By the way, I recommend everyone to allow an extra 30 minutes for possible traffic. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel apartment! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they truly made us feel at home. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a great cooling system that kept the space perfectly cool even on hotter days. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast — absolutely fabulous! There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, and it was a great way to start each day. The Wi-Fi was acceptable and worked well for general browsing and emails. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality!

Clean, spacious, well appointed bathroom, good communication on WhatsApp.

AC old and feeble especially for 32° - we were forced to use it only for the bedroom, as it wasn't strong enough for both rooms and bathroom. Also, it requires a deep cleaning, dust was very thick on the blades. Meroddi owns a few buildings in the area, so there was a confusion about where we should have our breakfast. The roof was nice, but it turns out we were assigned downstairs, which was communicated the next day. Probably by the face I've made when they e explained the error made them change out breakfast to the roof for the remainder of the mornings - v nice and we'll appreciated.

The staff were lovely, enthusiastic, and proactive.

There was some wear-and-tear in the room, such as some corners of peeling wallpaper and a loose floor tile that I was worried I would trip over...but in the end I didn't trip on it. But these issues didn't seem to affect the room - for example, there wasn't an unpleasant smell - the room smelt fine. The street next to the room is a tourist hot spot so it's a great location, but you can hear music and people outside. But I didn't really notice because I sleep with ambient waterfall audio which cut out the outside noise. So for me this wasn't an issue.

Great location, close to the metro and tram, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The atmosphere in the surrounding alleys is really nice. We will definitely stay here again next time. The cleaning staff did a great job every day, and the receptionist was very friendly.

Small suggestions: - A pre instruction message would be helpful to locate reception as building has multiple entrances, we were confused but one person helped and took us to other side of building where reception located. - we took apartment with dishwasher and washing machine, but we didn't have any cleaning tablets to use it, at least one per day would be better, if we go to store they dont have small packets instead we have to buy min 500g. Same for washing machine (one or two). - The access card not working when electricity is off, so we have locked out and we have to get help to open door from inside and reception is other side, it happened twice.

Location was PERFECT just a few metters from the Galata Tower. The apartment is very comfortable and with the best views.

The check in procedure was not very smoothly. We came really tired and although I had done an online check in I had to do a check in TWICE because the staff were new and didn’t understood the process very well. Also, Aircon on one of the rooms was VERY noisy and impossible to use. And the washing machine was not working properly. We washed everything thinking that we could dry It and dryer was not working. They provided us with a clothesline though, so that helped.

The bedrooms were really spacious and comfortable, the living room was a cosy meeting point for our morning coffee. They were so kind to offer local snacks and they also gifted a birthday cake and a small book to one of us that had their birthday! Shampoo, water etc was also replaced during our stay. Really appreciated the effort, thank you!

The only thing that could be improved is the WC ventilation (there wasn't any). Also, we did not stay at the exact address mentioned in booking.com, which, unfortunately creates an alert feeling in the beginning that something is going wrong. However, everything was excellent!

The hotel´s location is very good, providing easy access to the main public transportation means in the city, a couple blocks away to Metro Station Shishane (line M2), to the Beyoglu Tunnel to go downhill and then to the tram line T1 or the ferry services across the Bosphorus. It's also close to Istiklal street and the Galata Tower. The area is vibrant, lively, with lots of good cafes, restaurants, shops of every type for you to choose. The hotel´s apartments are comfortable, with spacious rooms and well equipped with microwave, fridge, laundry machine, dishwasher and dishes & cutlery. The breakfast is served in a restaurant a few steps from the hotel, in a very cozy atmosphere and views of the Galata tower. Food served at breakfast was absolutely delicious, in the traditional Turkish style, abundant and mixing diverse flavor. Nonetheless, the best highlight of this hotel is its staff, because of their friendly, kind and professional attitude, they are always attentive and available to the customer´s needs and they take action as soon as possible whenever it is required. The hotel manager, Samira Mohammadi, reception associate Erkan and everyone in the team were always offering their help and making sure that our stay was pleasant. My sincere thanks to them.

The hotel offers apartments in several different buildings that may be located in different streets. However, the reception for all of them is in another street/building and this could be confusing for guests who go straight to the address mentioned in their booking, which is usually different. On the other hand, rooms might have slight details, merely aesthetic, that you may notice but won´t affect your stay.
