Location: Awesome, cleanliness: Awesome, staff: Awesome. Everything was good. The hotel has everything I expect out of a hotel and more. Especially the room service for cleaning and making the bed including making sure that after a hard day outside you can come and rest.

If I have to be critical the room was facing the street which had a great view but since it is a busy location it had some noise but nothing that you can't sleep away with. We rarely got up in the night though

The hotel is in a great location, close to Galataport, Tophane Tramway , Karaköy, and the beautiful Sirkeci. The breakfast hall overlooks the Bosphorus. I booked a standard room with breakfast included, for five nights.

The problem was in the breakfast staff. The staff were talking very loudly among themselves and throwing plates and spoons on the collection table, disturbing the guests. I filed a complaint with the hotel manager about the inappropriate and disrespectful behavior of the breakfast staff , as if I were in the gym!! The next day, they brought “ Kemal”, the employee, and the breakfast hall turned into quiet place . Thank you Kemal . I think the breakfast staff needs more training.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Port Bosphorus Hotel], and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff specifically Mr. Fatih😄 greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Breakfast buffet was perfect with an exceptional view, a variety of options and a great staff service. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore local attractions. Overall,the hotel provided an unforgettable experience.

We were in Istanbul to join a cruise and the hotel is right across the street from the cruise port. The port is an amazing collection of restaurants and shops and while we had visited Istanbul in the past we enjoyed walking around through the local neighborhood. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant for both dinner and breakfast with a wonderful selection of delicious food.

Our visit was in mid July and while the hotel lobby was nice and cool, we could not get our room even close to cool until latest night when the outside temperature dropped.

The location is perfect, very close to Galata port with lots of places (sightseeing, shopping, dining) to visit around, at the same quiet and very comfortable. The view from the hotel room has impressive. Breakfast was nice and the staff were quite friendly and cooperative. The room was very nice and clean and spacious with coffee pods and bottled water refilled every day. The guy who helped us with the car parking and luggage, Ahmet, was extremely helpful and friendly, a special thanks to him also for the guidance on how to reach Hagia Sofia and other places of interest nearby. We had dinner two times at the restaurant and the team there was really great!

We had pancakes for breakfast only the first day of our stay, my small kid liked them a lot. The next 4 days there were no pancakes for breakfast. Of course, there were a lot of other great choices for the breakfast, however he is quite picky and missed them.

Hotel is at Perfect location, easy access to many historical places by tram(walkable distance from hotel (Tophane station is nearest, a 5-7 minutes walk)). Breakfast Restaurant is excellent with Panoramic view of Bosphorus Port, Galata tower, Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, Restaurant staff is very good and cooperative at their service, each table and each guest are personally attended by the restaurant staff. A Family Hotel with no Noise Pollution, Very nice and friendly Staff, 24 Hrs Front desk, Mr. Yigit at Reception was really helpful person, he is nice and very cooperative with good knowledge of Istanbul City, Tour Packages, Hotel Surroundings, also Mr. Ahmet was very cooperative at front desk. Macrocenter a big Supermarket is just opposite to Hotel Port Bosphorus. Galata Port Mall is opposite to hotel with a lot of shopping places, restaurants and plenty of coffee shops and sweet shops, don't forget to have a tea/coffee and baklawa(pistachio) at Koskeroglu located in Port mall, opposite to hotel Port Bosphorus. Most of the staff even the house keeping are very good speaking English, also some of the staff are good in speaking Arabic language as well. Two free drinking water bottles everyday from Hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel, especially for Families. 24/7 access to Galata port which is in front of Hotel Port Bosphorus.

Standard room are small, if you need to have enough space please book Deluxe room. No early check in as the hotel is too busy, still Mr. Yigit helped us 1 hour early check in as per rooms availability.

Location is just in front and Galataport. The rooms are clean. The suite with Terrace has a very spacious balcony with a beautiful view. We ordered some food and it was delicious. Staff were very polite and cooperative. They gave us a late check-out till 1:00pm.

They wanted to charge me for extra guests in the suite with the terrace because I didn’t modify the search to 4 people in the room. Although Booking.com gave me the price of 4 adults in the suite. They made it look like a favour to not charge because i checked-in 1:30 am for one night with no breakfast. This is a very common in Istanbul honestly. They always find ways to charge customers for irresponsible things especially people from gulf.

The size of the room, clean room everyday, facilities, excellent breakfast and the breakfast view. The location of the hotel; friendly stuff, excellent communication in ENGLISH! Supportive reception desk. I have stayed in this hotel twice already the past 6 months and every time they meet the high standards.

* * Please read below * * I have asked from the hotel to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport; the cost of the taxi was 800 turkish Lira - according to the hotel - *However* when we arrived at the airport and while the taxi meter was off, the taxi driver start asking us for more than 1000 turkish Lira - I mentioned to him what the reception desk told me about about the transfer cost to the airport so I had to pay him 1000 turkish Lira . . . I really do not know what happened and I am sure that the hotel did their best to provide us with safe transportation to the airport but the specific Orange Taxi driver tried to make us look fool and that is not acceptable.

For me it is the best location to stay in istanbul near to tram, close to taksim square and galat tower just walking distance and just crossiing the street to reach galata mall and mini marts with very good restaurants too Staff are awesome very welcoming, guiding , advising and recommending places aslo helping to reach places they made my anniversary memorizable I will for sure go again I would like to thank all the staff Very special thanks to Ahmet for his amazing service and the welcoming way

The friendliness, hospitality and warmth of the staff. They made us feel very welcome and like family. I enjoyed my conversations whenever I was down at the lobby with Suleiman, Fatih, Ahmed and the whole front desk crew. I must also mention the very pleasant and efficient housekeeper who maintained our room on the fifth floor. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was outstanding as well. We made some great friends and it was sad saying goodbye to them. The location was great too.
