The room size makes you free and the bed was comfortable the bathroom item use was more than enough for two people.

The TV in the house need more English movies channels

I'd like to really be honest about the hotel . It was one of the best hotrls I've ever stayed in istanbul . I tavel alot here for holidays, this hotel standards are beyond the istanbul . Very Polite and respectful staff , specially bell boy is very helpful with even private concerns . My room was the Standard Double and it's so spacious .lighting is perfect and the quality of the breakfast is so high. It's located in the middle of istiklal street but the point I'd that surprisingly you don't hear the noises from the room and you can rest and in a sec you would be able to enjoy the heart of the city . On my 3rd day of stay they sent me a greating cards with some nuts I really appreciate the feelings they give to guests .unbelievably perfect . Hope you also enjoy your stay in Richmond

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Mrs. Jūlida, the Guest Relations Executive Manager, who was exceptionally welcoming and always had a warm smile. Her hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Additionally, the breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The room was a good size and very clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment for my stay.

What an Excellent Experience visiting Richmond Hotel istanbul. From Checking in to the checkout with my wife and 2 years old daughter everything was just great. Every one was welcoming and smiling and always there to help specially when with you are with little children. Mert, Kadir and everyone was great at reception, and the little boy Burat was such a nice little boy helping and receiving guests. Resturant staff was fabulous and the breakfast was just great. Most of all the relationship manager Julide was such a Pleasant and welcoming Lady the real Gem she is at Richmond hotel. A Big Thankyou to Hotel Managers, Reception staff, Restaurant and Housekeeping who made our stay great.

Great location, nice room and bathroom, they can come and clean it every day if you wish, lots of sanitary thing (tooth brush, pads to remove makeup, q-tips), we didn't hear the noise from the busy street, good curtains, comfy, and nice utilities for the gym, many breakfast options every day, some meals change every day. The hours for breakfast are reasonable. I had a wonderful time, thank you :) People at the entrance help you with your luggage. Many stores and restaurants open day and night around the hotel.

only a recommandation : add alternative milk for coffee at breakfast (oat or coco)

Really helpful staff especially the front of house manager. When the airport taxi dumped me on a mall (Istiklal St) with multiple bags and no idea where the hotel was, I rang the hotel and they sent someone to help me with my bags. They helped me on the way out as well. The room was huge with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus - the best hotel of my 5 week trip around Europe. The walls are thin but I slept really well. Amazing breakfast.

I think it would be helpful for the hotel to make people aware no cars are allowed in front of the hotel and dropoff is on a nearby corner of a steep street and a busy mall. Especially if you have multiple bags. It would help avoid debacles like the one i had with a not very nice taxi driver.

The customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. We initially booked for 3 nights but ended up extending our stay and to our surprise, we were generously upgraded to a beautiful sea view room. The location couldn’t be better, right on lively Istiklal Street, yet still peaceful inside. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the staff was always warm and welcoming. the main highlight of the property was its location, right in the heart of of beautiful and happening Istiqlal Street. the room we got was quite spacious(we did put that as a special request). Even though we had booked in a non-smoking floor, there was someone from the floor who smoked and our room started to get the smell of cigarette smoke through the central AC vent. when we complained about this to front desk, immediate action was taken and the problem was resolved very swiftly. appreciate their housekeeping and the front desk for this.

Shower mixer in room 408 needs to fixed. the overhead shower mode shift button does not stay in position, cleaning can be better.. especially the white marble bed side tables, and the sink top in washroom

Fantastic hotel in probably the best location in Istanbul. Right on the Istiklal street, perfect for those who want to experience the hustle, bustle of this wonderful city. The experience they provide for the price and the location is absolutely awesome. Loved the breakfast, the breakfast area & the variety. The room was great, very nicely furnished & spacious. All in all we really liked this hotel & would highly recommend it. Cool tip: there’s a terrace on the 7th floor that has quite nice views of Istanbul. We found it by chance as its not really advertised anywhere in the hotel.

The gym is quite small and the chest press machine was non functional, which wasnt great considering the already limited equipment. However enough dumbbells to get you through basic workouts. Also the shower area is partially open which is a bit inconvenient as water flows out into the rest of the bathroom
