Central but quiet location, very pleasant swimming pool in the courtyard, beautiful terrace with a splendid sea view. Everything was very clean and looked new and luxurious. Easy access for taxis but very far from any public transport connections. Breakfast is not at all bad, although we could hear other hotel guests around us murmuring complaints. In my opinion, anything one can reasonably expect from a hotel breakfast is on offer and it is really fresh and tasty (except for coffee, which was awful). But the presentation of the meals just made these meals not tempting. I loved their tea very much - good, dark, strong, perfect.

The hotel is very close to the city center but in a rather dodgy area. I wouldn't feel safe walking around on my own. Our room (Deluxe Double) was very small - the pictures on the hotel pages do not show the reality. We could barely walk around our bed. The beds are large and comfortable, though. Hotel staff was rather cold - I usually tip hotel staff at the end of our stay, but this time I gave all the money to the beggars on the main square instead. Perhaps, I should have paid the tip at the beginning of our stay and it would be okay.

Got an amazing deal with free cancellation so were able to monitor prices and rebook when lower price available. Our room was amazing! Very palacial with partial seaview. The hotel is beautiful throughout and soo clean and all staff are highly trained in satisfying all your needs. All the local attractions and bars/restaurants in Sultanahmet are a short walking distance away.

The room top terrace of the restaurant overpriced and expensive and staff were pushy trying to get you up there.

Beautiful clean hotel with super friendly accommodating staff. Breakfast was lovely seating area to eat was pool side. Nice and clean with great staff. Snacks are available during the day once breakfast is over. Rooms were cleaned daily to very high standards. Bathrooms lovely,new and spacious. Wouldn't recommend children stay at this hotel its more for couples.

Although the hotel itself is beautiful dont be decieved its roof terrace and bedroom views are not the best. We stayed in the annexe building that states you have free access to a spa .This was not the case. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had to walk as there are no lifts. Also the annexe is away from the hotel you have to walk up the road. The blue mosque etc is like a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Beautiful places to see within a ten minute walk. Lovely pool area and a short walk takes you to the sea over the busy road. The only excursions available are a boat ride which was 2 hours and got quite boring but definitely value for money.

All the staff are nice From the moment I arrived at Seven Hills Palace & Spa, I was impressed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel valued right away. To my surprise, they even upgraded my room for free, which was such a kind gesture and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning attention to detail. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety and high quality in every meal. Every facility I tried — from the spa to the outdoor spaces — was immaculate and exceeded expectations. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines luxury, hospitality, and comfort so perfectly. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely be staying here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Truly 5-Star Service

The AC stopped working in the extreme heat time but not a big deal

Amazing hotel in old city cebter , walking distance to Blue Mosque, Sophia , harem palace, restaurants, shops, etc, but far enough from the noise and crowds. Great swimming pool, wonderful breakfast. Staff is super friendly and helpfull. I dropped my cell phone in the swimming pool on day 1 and all of them were trying to help in all possible ways throughout my stay. Same with other requests. The only area for improvement is wifi , it was slow in my room (better in my parent's room), could only use it at night. Other than that - great place, we are happy we chose this place.

Excellent location in Sultanahmet, 10 mins walk from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Right on a highway which takes you quickly to the Galata Bridge/Taksim by cab. Facilities were all excellent, nothing in the room could be faulted. Staff are friendly and attentive, and all helpful and happy to chat. Spa facilities were top notch. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of delicious options and plenty of variety. Building is aesthetic and beautiful, with a real sense of tranquility by the pool.

WiFi was a bit patchy in the room, nothing else springs to mind.

The hotel was really well placed for exploring Istanbul. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was always plentiful, with enough choice to suit most people. Our room was spacious and the cleaning staff were brilliant. The bed in particular was very comfortable. Birthday greetings left in the room were very much appreciated.

Whilst our room was very spacious and comfortable, the view from our window was of a building site, whilst it didn't particularly affect us, hopefully when work is completed the view will improve.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seven Hills Palace, all the staff were amazing with excellent customer service, especially Araan who arranged our private Yacht excursion for my wife’s Birthday celebration. The location was perfect, breakfast was good, but most importantly the rooms and the hotel was super clean. (Would give the hotel 10/10 for cleanness. A big Thank you to all the reception staff for making our stay very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is travelling to Istanbul.

Communication with hotel was brilliant bar information required for public transport from airport to hotel. Upon our arrival the reception staff member was brilliant, providing a variety of information. We did receive an unexpected upgrade which we were extremely happy with and, not knowing what our original room looked like, so happy with the upgrade. Spacious and comfortable room with all you could ask for a relaxing stay. This hotel completely provided the finishing touches to our end of overseas travels. We appreciated the kindness of all staff. Highly recommend
