Breakfast was quite good. Lots of options. The omelet station is the best part (I do wish there was less oil used in making them though). Seemed like something for everyone there. The lunch is just okay but we could usually find something we liked. The dinner had some tasty options and we were all satisfied. The access to the beach is great!

Rooms are dated but we don't mind that. Just wish the beds were a little more comfortable and the pool water a little heated. Even the indoor pool is quite cold. We also paid for an expensive package in the spa which included the Turkish bath experience plus 1.5 hours of massage. The turkish bath experience was really nice but the massage was about 20 minutes of moving her hands back and forth quickly. When I asked about why it was so short she didn't seem to understand. The front desk just said "We'll let them know". So my advice, is to skip the massage!!

The location is amazing and access to the beach the easiest and fastest. You walk through the beautiful green park 2 min and you are on the beach. The hotel main building itself i would rate as 4 star. The corridors and rooms need substantial renovation. The dining area looks great and looks more newly done compared to the rooms. The food was excellent, no complains. If they served Turkish bread, that would have been great! The pool area is nice, and sun beds as well. Animation team is super fun, especially Recep and his team.

What I definitely did not like and needs a lot of improvement is beach area. The sun beds and sun matrasses are destroyed and need to be replaced. They need to be cleaned from the dirt as well. The staff needs to know more English, though it did not cause us any inconvenience to communicate. Cleaning needs more attention, especially balconies. Shower pressure was too low.

Were here for the 2nd time. Hotel got a significant improvements comparing to 2021. Reinovated canteen and rooms looked better this time. Also there was an amazing animation team. Also there appeared kids area which was really helpful time to time. Equipment like conditioners and TVs is in a much better state. Stuff was extremely polite and friendly.

Booked transfer from Izmir but nobody come within 2 hr. Taxi from an Airport is 2 times cheaper than the hotel suggested transfer. Can recommend Ercan Alcan. (+90 542 370 1179, WhatsApp) Very friendly and reliable person with a good English. Air conditioner was installed in front of the bed and because of that was useless. Was a bit tricky to sleep without it.

Lovely place, good food, great facilities, beautiful beach.

It is allowed to smoke by the pool and at the terrasse during meals. We were never able to avoid a cloud of cigarette smell during meals if we wanted to enjoy sitting at the lovely terrasse. We would wish that there would be a separate smoking /non-smoking area in the outside main dining area and at pools.

Good and delicious food with lots of variety. Amazing animation team and fantastic activities. Silent pool and nice bars inside the property. We didn’t have any kids but for families with kids, lots of activities were organized.

Housekeeping in general needs improvement. Daily room cleaning was not in detail and bed sheets are changed on our request. Floors need to be vacuumed. Beach was nice, spacious and long. However waves make the experience uncomfortable.

the hotel location was perfect, the beach was nice and clean. The entertainment was amazing, everyday was themed differently and had spectacular shows. Food was diverse and could accommodate dietary requirements. Spacious rooms. Nice staff members, always helpful.

The rooms were not properly cleaned. The daily cleaner came and made the bed, but we didn’t have the sheets changed the whole 7 days we stayed. We had to change the rooms 2 times. The first one had a strong smell of mold and the second one was unclean.

Resort is well located for Ephesus sites - it is between Selcuk and Kusadasi. Lots of options for all meals. We enjoyed the balcony and sea view for our C block room. Staff throughout the hotel were very courteous. Beach is private and clean but not the best. Warm sea that is good for swimming. Beach bar and nearby beach restaurant and area are very nice. There were no mosquitoes issue during our stay.

The "double bed" we had was really 2 twin beds joined in the middle - poor for a 5 star hotel. Double room could be larger. Hotel is heavily populated by Eastern European tourists who tend to have a certain attitude towards black people like us. We were amongst the handful of black people for the whole 9 nights. Too many of the staff do not speak English, including some at Reception! On a number of occasions staff had to use Google translate to have a simple conversation like "..when will the chicken be ready?" which got translated to "... the chicken will be thrown out in ten minutes"!

Food was delicious. Large room. Modern bathroom. Beautiful view. Awesome beach. High recommend.

We liked everything! It was much more then we expected! I want to express our great gratitude for the sympathy and help in solving any requests to the manager Olga and the rest of the team! Waiters Fatma and Umar you are the best! All the staff! People who work there make the atmosphere. It’s the hotel where kids of all ages are treated as kings and queens, this hotel is definitely for families with children! They even have kids trampoline at the playground:) Our baby was excited about it. Food is amazing, thanks to the Chief! We had been living there for almost 1,5 months and the food was always delicious, varied so much that it didn't get boring for such a long time. Our 2 yo baby is the foodie connoisseur :))) The sea and the beach are perfect for babies and small kids. Very fine sand, like flour, for those who like :) The territory and plants! And how the team care about it are so pleasant to see. Enough space to walk, spacious, flower smell, places to rest, everything is absolutely comfortable, thank you!

Just 2 things to improve: 1. mini disco beginning is at 9:30 pm, it’s too late for babies… at least at 8 pm (it’s too late too for us by the way but at least smth.. as we put our baby in bed at 8pm) 2. need a good Italian coffee machine at least in 1 bar and hire (or train) a super barista to make good cappuccino with a thick foam at the right temperature for cappuccino and the proportions of milk and coffee. Coffee from vending machines is the same as 3 in 1 nescafe, which I as being a coffee lover cannot drink. I only drank black filter coffee and Turkish coffee, which were nice. But I would like a real cappuccino in the morning. Thanks! In general, we were very satisfied with our stay in this wonderful hotel

The room was spacious and clean. The bed wS comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the resort is very well run and organized. All three meals were decent and plenty to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private beach was nice and the hotel is not far from Ephesus Ancient City.

The quality and flavour of the food could be improved and perhaps slightly less options for lunch and supper as it seemed some dishes that were left over from lunch were served at supper. Maybe if there were less options then there would be fresher food. We enjoyed the omelets and waffles for breakfast.
