The location is near to the airport. A short walk and you're there at the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely great. An assortment of breakfast options from cakes and toast to eggs and potatoes and coffee/juice.

Even though it was advertised it had a great view, it wasnt great. The Wifi sucks and whenever it was there was erratic. I think the host were well aware of this and after I complained twice or thrice - they made it work somehow. But even then, it was a gamble - it was not there 24/7.

Situated just 5 minutes walk from IP Pavlova Metro station, it is close to the the Old Town & Wenseslas Square. It is a great base for getting around & seeing the sights. The 24 hour reception means not worrying about the doors not being open if one intends staying out late. Simone at the reception desk was a bundle of joy, even on a bad day!

The lack of air conditioning may be a turn-off for some travellers and the room did get a little hot & stuffy at times. I found it odd that the room didn't have a waste bin - (a small complaint, I know) but it did mean ensuring that I kept my rubbish bagged up in one corner of the room. Overall, this is a great hotel but I thought that it was a little overpriced.

The place for very nice and comfortable; pool and sauna are small, but really nice, we enjoed them very much. Location is not in the centre, but near metro station and you can get there in 10-15 minutes to walk and get some food The bed in the room was very soft and nice for sleep Also personel let us to work remotly several hours from some place like lobby after we made a check-in, what was very nice for us as for remote workers And yes, it is the residence for mainly retired people, but we haven't any problems from that point of view

Breakfast was very simple, only croissants and pain chocolate with some jams, bread and yougurts; all was very tasty, but really not enough. There were a small kitchen in our room and we had some food, but if we understand, how small will be the breakfast, we would buy some eggs or porrige to cook it in our room Air conditioner in room didn't work properly You can make a check-in only before 19:30, and it can be really not comfortable, but we ask for check-in before lunch and they gave us that opportunity

The cleanliness of the room is excellent, the company cleaned the room every day. The presence of paper napkins in the toilet is very hygienic. Clean towels and bed linen. There is a fridge, kettle and tea. Modern interior design. Good breakfasts (buffet: vegetables, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, cakes, tea, coffee). Availability of an elevator. Good location (from the center 15 minutes walk). Always available hotel staff.

No air conditioning (opening the windows to the street was noisy because of the cars, it was quite hot). WiFi is not always good in the room. An additional city tax must be paid upon check-in (approx. EUR 2 per night).

Location of the hotel is pretty close to National Museum (8-10 minutes on foot), Main Rail Station (12–15 minutes on foot), etc. If you book an option with windows to the courtyard, there will be pretty quiet even with the windows opened. The room itself was clean, without any unpleasant odors, etc. On the basement floor there is the "Beer Spa", I strongly recommend visiting it.

Breakfasts were not so good as expected, specially considering a not so budget-friendly cost of the reservation. Literally, the first time I encountered a lack of a simple trash can in a room. I can not understand the cause of it. And unfortunately, the daily service does not include additional tea/coffee bags.

Location of the hotel is pretty good. It is relatively close to the underground station or tram (8-10 minutes by foot). National Museum is reachable by foot. By underground or by tram you can reach old part pretty easily. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was just enough for the family of three.

I would say there is nothing that I didn't like, but If I have to chose, then it is the fact that our room was facing main street and you can hear some of traffic there. This might be inconvenient for light sleepers.

This hotel was perfect in regard of locations. Most of the attractions are even in walking distance. The rooms are huge, well equipped and clean. You can even enjoy a beer spa there for extra cost. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The price was great though we booked just a day before. The buffet had a lot of food, the only it would be great to put the writings what is what. The workers were very helpful. Great that there is a lift

Quite thin walls, easily can hear what happens in other rooms. And hotel is a bit far from the bus station, a big minus when you have heavy luggage.

The room was on the 5th floor facing into the inner block of houses, it was very quiet despite the hotel's location on a main thoroughfare. The atmosphere of the room was calm and quite elegant, it was also of good size and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom.

Instead of one large bed there were two beds pushed together - and they kept sliding apart on the wood floor, creating a gap in the middle. The beds were also a bit too hard for my liking. Breakfast was OK but it would have been nice to have a few more choices. The pastries also did not seem very fresh the first day but were fine the next day.
