Very close to Osaka Station, reasonably priced, small but clean rooms

They should write on Booking.com description that the guests should come out of Osaka West Exit (new) and just follow the path towards the hotel. This description was nowhere to be found on Booking.com description. Google Map didn’t know how to get to the hotel because so many paths are under construction or new due to Expo.

Room was lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. They don’t clean every day unless you ask for it - I like this aspect as it is a waste to change towels and bed linens every day unless it’s actually needed. Location was great, a short walk to Osaka station and transport all over the city.

My room overlooked the train tracks for Osaka station and I could hear every train. Thankfully, they stopped so didn’t run all through the night but went quite late. I also got a surprise when I had to pay an accommodation tax on check-out - I had not been informed of this nor had to pay it at the first Osaka accommodation at the beginning of my trip. This should either be included in the cost or made l known at or before check-in.

The staff was polite and helpful.

Breakfast menu needs to be looked into as there was not much variety to choose from for international travellers and there was no water stations for guest to have in the lobby on such hot days.

Buffet breakfast was incredible. There were so many options and plenty were gluten free which was great for my friend who’s a celiac.

Little bit further away from the station than I was expecting but pretty easy to find.

The location! It's just about 3 min walk from Osaka station. The newly opened Kitte-Osaka mall with lots of restaurants is just across our building! There is a 7-11 at basement of Kitte mall too. We like that there's a refill water machine on each level of the hotel, very convenient! We stayed at a 3-beds room and the room was clean and spacious enough for our family. Overall, love the hotel! Super recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very near Osaka station and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and room service and housekeeping was very prompt. Water dispenser on every floor was fantastic to have. Shower was hot all the time and the room was spacious enough for the family of 4. Amenities available at the first floor. Also near a rental car kiosk. They also helped me put the beds together and added a bed guard upon request. Check in and out process was seamless. I would stay again.

Carpet floor looked dusty. No instructions on how to use the humidifier in the room.

I looked for the following criteria when booking this accommodation: 1) Shortest walking distance for public transport 2) Our own private room with bathroom and toilet 3) Low cost compared to others All were fulfilled. We basically only used the room for sleeping. It is literally at the exit of Osaka main Station with local trains, subway and bus. The Shinkansen station name is Shin-Osaka though, 5 min north from this station by train.

Very convenient location just a few minutes away from the station. If you are leaving from Osaka Umeda station, come out from West exit as it is the closest to hotel. The facilities provided are great for us with coin washing machine and dryer, microwave etc.

We were a bit lost as unclear at first how to get out from station to the hotel. I would recommend to mention which exit to get out to hotel in the information. Otherwise, nothing dislikes about this hotel.

The location is fantastic. It was convenient to the public transport hub of Osaka Umeda Station. The Osaka Umeda area is also a happening place for shopping and dining. In fact I had one of the best meals throughout my Japan visit beef hamburger and steak meals for just 1790¥ at the Osaka Umeda South Building basement restaurant - the Rice to Meat You butchery restaurant.

The rooms are a little small but that's normal by Japan business hotel standards. However since we were touring and needed the rooms to crash after a hectic day out, it didn't really matter except that those with larger suitcases bigger than a cabin bag would find it quite crammed. The hotel only provided 3 clothes hangers and for a winner visit for 2 persons, that's just too few.
