The politeness of the staff is top, as we all know how typically Japanese people are like 😉 They're welcoming and really helpful 😍 The bathroom even though it is small but I personally love it! Japanese toilets have always been my favorite!! The breakfast is also excellent, everything suits my family's taste buds. The last thing is it's well located, near the train station, restaurants and shops.

It's an old building, the lobby is nice though but the elevator, the corridor and the room look ancient and have old cheap vibes.

They have all the amenities needed and is very well located near public transport and there is also a supermarket nearby. We walked 20min to get to the museum of housing and living which was a highlight of the trip. The kids loved the yukatas too. Bathrooms were very clean.

The corridors are not very well maintained and are used for storage of all the linen in the trolleys, there was no windows in the room either and some walls had water damage that was painted over. Also worth noting that there are a few gambling places around with smoker areas outside, so you need to be mindful when walking around.

Very clean . Had absolutely everything in the hotel you could need ( even a vending machine selling underwear!) . Unbelievable value for money. Hairdryer is in the room along with a t.v. Free dressing gown, free toothbrush, hairbrush , slippers. Free hot and cold drinks ( ice cubes provided) from a vending machine in the lobby between 14:00 and midnight . Also in the lobby is a change machine. The microwave is available in the laundry room. The washing machines are only 300 yen per wash with built-in soap powder and 200 yen for the tumble dryer. The staff are amazing. They were so kind but not intrusive. Always there to answer questions. My room was perfect for my needs. ( single occupancy) The bed was great for my back . It was firm and comfortable. My family had a three - bed room, which was huge. The windows open fully in the bedrooms. My bedding and towels were spotless. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were supplied. The shower pressure was fab. Even room spray was provided. The breakfast was varied and tasted amazing.Its all you can eat. The dining room was spotlessly clean. There is a convenience store on the corner of the road. We would definitely stay there again !!!

The location was ideal. Near enough to the malls, supermarkets and convenience stores, but far enough from the noise of Osaka Station. I especially appreciated the free coffee at the lobby. It's a no-frills business hotel, so don't expect any luxuries. Just the comfortable essentials. Private room with bath, ref, TV, Wifi, electric kettle.

It's right smack in the middle of the red light district, so it's not a place to bring kids. And in the early morning, the garbage collectors make a lot of noise.

Rooms were clean and spacious enough to open up 2 medium and 1 cabin sized bag (for 3 pax room). 2 pax room are roomy and more than enough space to move around. 4. They have daily room service - towels were changed & bed were made 5. Bathroom is clean/looks new and amenities were provided such as shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, towels & toothbrush 6. Breakfast is decent with a mix of food from Japanese & Western 7. Distance from nearest station to hotel is decent with medium luggages & not difficult to push around on the road

The staff was very helpful and kind and went out of their way to help. Breakfast is big and good. The room is basic but just what you need. Free coffee between 14:00 to 00:00. The location is great, 7 minutes from Umeda station and near Estreet, but far enough to be very quiet.

There is no window in the room. No place to sit in the lobby or any common area. Check out is early, but after check-out they charge money for bag storage.

It was convenient for looking around and ability to take underground mall to train station.

I was very pleased I was given an upgrade when I noticed the shower wasn’t working. I wasn’t happy that the free coffee machine was not available after 3pm. I didn’t drink coffee after 1pm as it affects my sleep.

Fantastic location. Huge rooms. Staff were helpful. Easy check in and check out process. Free amenities to help yourself to downstairs including free tea/coffee/matcha.

Room was a bit threadbare and charging points were in awkward locations.

The breakfast is gorgeous. Plenty of Japanese style food but chocolate tea and coffee plus toasts and marmalade. Oh I forgot to mention the miso soup. Staff is kind and efficient.

They should translate the air conditioner remote. Without the help of Google translate it is impossible to control it.

Great budget option for exploring Osaka. The location was great for getting around the city. Food and active nightlife are a quick walk away as well as a major train station. The staff were helpful and friendly. Automatic kiosks make checkin and check out easy. Hotel breakfast was delicious and there was free coffee and matcha in the afternoon/evening. Great option for travelers in a group.

Definitely a budget option. A little worn down but perfectly functional for the economic traveler!
