Very comfortable environment; peaceful music plays during the morning breakfast buffet where you can get pretty much every type of food your heart desires. The swim up bar is nice; the room spacious; the staff very accommodating. Plus I liked that there were bands at night playing music or there was some form of entertainment (i.e., Balinese dance; fashion show, etc)

While everything was just fine, for me personally, I am not in Bali to listen to western music all day. I spent most of my days at the pool and I really wish the music was either 1) Balinese peaceful music or 2) anything but techno music. Prama Sanur should look at the ages of their clientele. This is NOT a techno crowd. To me, the music was more for the young staff than it was for the guests. Again, this is just a nit but it's part of the ambience of the hotel. They did play their share of Taylor Swift music as well which was fine; I just would have preferred local music since I don't get to hear it very often.

Our second trip to the Prama, good location, lovely big grounds, good breakfast selection.

People "reserving" the poolside loungers with their belongings before 7am, making it near impossible to get a seat. There is signage saying this won't be tolerated, and yet it is.

Surprised that the plastic debris on the beach was not cleaned/collected each day given the beach chairs overlooked the beach - making a swim uninviting.

No filtered water for customers so had to keep buying bottled water. Normally hotels in Bali provide filtered water

I reported to reception that I had 2 pastries. Wrapped up. One had been unwrapped and eaten by a cleaner. Reception never got back to me on it. But made me feel uneasy so I carried all my valuables with me. I also never use the safe as they are totally unsafe.

We love staying at Prama. The facilities and closeness to the beach is fantastic. Being able to walk along the paths/beachfront is awesome.

There is nothing that we 'don't like' about staying at Prama. Some reviews have mentioned the 'noise' from the entertainment at night. We have never found the music excessive and once in our room can't hear it anyway.

I loved the location. It was quiet with easy access to the beach. Our room had a sea view which was an added bonus. The breakfast was wonderful.

I felt more drinking water could have been supplied. This could have been accomplished by having a water refilling station. The chairs around the main pool needed some monitoring- some guests left towels on chairs all day. There also needed more pool chairs.

The breakfast was great with lots of choices and friendly staff.

The hotel room and bathroom was in need of repair and very outdated, so I wouldn’t class this hotel as 5 star. The towels had lots of old stains on them and the pool towels were the same. The food and drink were expensive and a glass of Bali wine was around $13 with tax and service fee added.
