The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lakeside. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Most of the time the food was great! The area was easy to get around, and there were great options for kids, both outdoor and indoor activities were well thought out and suitable for families.

It would have been nice to have avocado available more often at breakfast. Most of the desserts were rather average, although the quinoa-based dessert and the rice pudding were truly excellent highlights.

Proximity to the beach, very diverse and exceptional dininig possibilities.

The quality of the room was far below our expectation.

+ The breakfast and dinner buffet is absolutely amazing: top notch food quality and tons of choices with different themes every night. + Love the facilities for a family stay with a young kid. + Great location on beach front + Family friendly live performance every night + Also love the Iberostar application where we can track daily activities + Our 3yo had a blast, and so did we!!!!

- Certain parts of the facilities are a bit old and water tends to leak a lot from the shower onto the floor outside of the shower - Sound proof between rooms can be weak, especially if your next room neighbor lives like they are in a house and moves furniture and talks all night long!! We had the most horrible neighbor for 5 nights and on the 5th night we had to call the reception and they sent the security team within the next 5 mins and the neighbor finally quieted down. - If you want absolutely a quiet room and and if you have a young kid that needs to go to bed before 9pm, make sure you ask specifically for a room that does NOT face the main swimming pool as there is live performance EVERY NIGHT until at least 1030pm!

Excellent location, highlights: fantastic food, very Friendly employees, excellent Internet, GYM and swimming area, very well maintained outdoor area…..

EXTREMELY small toilets !!, dirty balcony !! poor room service in terms of cleaning !! , employees in the restaurant are very friendly but sometimes don't speak English, easy orders get often difficult; without these things it could easily be a 9.5 or 10

The property is beautiful, and clean. The rooms and views are nice but the beds/linens/pillows could be upgraded. Staff is wonderful and the activities on site for both kids and adults is great. We saw some awesome bands and watched some fun shows during our 5 days. They also had bounce house slides for the kids by the pool one of the days we were there. The kids club is nice and you can drop kids off from 10-12 or 3-5 to do activities. Susana was the best with the kids! The food and drinks were very good and there was variety each day. The hotel is right on the beach and beautiful. Take advantage of the free professional photo opportunity on site! We loved our photos.

It would be nice to be able to eat dinner in the same spot as lunch to enjoy the water view. Bedding needs to be improved.

There are a lot of positive and good things to mention.Starting from receptionist Aurelia who saved our holiday and made more then her best to make as happy.Thank you Aurelia! The hotel is very clean, beautiful new rooms,very tasty food,right on the beach.We had been offered by Aurelia a different more quiet room so you may consider to ask for quiet room when check in if the hotel will not decide to make improvement with their show program but hope they will as i sow in reviews i am not the only one complaining , overall the hotel is good from all points of view especially staff Ibelostar you need to apreciete your staff they do made a big difference but you may consider to change show manager as it is ruining your hotel reputation.

i think the hotel need to take serious actions maybe to change the scene place or time of their show programme from 9/10pm to 8/9pm as at 10pm to listed rock music like it is performing in your bed it is not holiday,they really need to make improvements with their show programme as i sow in reviews i am not the only one complaining , overall the hotel is good from all points of view especially staff Ibelostar you need to apreciete your staff they do make a big difference but you may consider to change show manager as it is ruining your hotel reputation.

The hotel was really fantastic. Having an indoor pool for when the weather wasn't great was an absolute win for us with our kids and the kids pool with the inflatable dome was a hit. Breakfasts were incredible with so many options and we loved the activities in the evenings too - particularly Kahoot! The staff were super friendly and our room was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely hard working, friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are great and great food. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend. Ease of hiring a bike next door and storing was great. Indoor pool was also excellent. Best par was the washing machine and dryer which saved our life with kids clothing.

Rooms were a bit dated but all in working condition.

Excellent hotel for family vacation. It's right by the beach, and there are multiple different swimming pools, all suitable for kids. The food buffets are great, combining quantity, variety and quality. The staff is lovely, smilling and helpful.

Not a dislike, just a suggestion - maybe just a small library (book-shelf) with bedtime stories for kids.

The cleaners will make all the difference in the world. Towels, laundry and all facilities were well maintained and clean. The pool and restaurant were always a pleasure to visit. Love the fact that the staff help us to learn more Spanish :) After all, it was a great holiday.

Not that anyone will read this, With far too many bikers over the season, I'd propose the stand for our bikes. That will, at first, put us away from leaning our bikes over the walls or furniture, and second, it will ease that manipulation in the room.
