We had a junior suite, which was a good size, both bedroom and lounge The Restaurant is a bit basic, but the food was really good and excellent value for money, barman was great. Breakfast room nice and airy, great egg station, and good choice of food, nice coffee too Staff were super friendly but the barman was superb

Occasionally there was a bit of a smell in the room, not sure where it was coming from but a bit musty, also the mini bar was never topped up during our 4 night stay

Nice, comfortable and kind staff. They offer to store your luggage before check-in and after checkout. Also, try as much as possible to have your room ready ASAP even if you arrive earlier than the check-in time.

Dogs are charged a supplement of 25€, not sure if in total pr per night as I only stayed one night. Should be stated on the booking announcements or fees. Despite that, they give you plates and a bed for the dog. Only complaint, from the street to the hotel reception there is a tiny staircase that should be considered, though there is a lift for wheelchairs.

The location of the hotel was good. It wasn't right in the centre, but there was public transport right outside the door, so it wasn't a problem. Breakfast was good, with everything we needed.

We had a room with a terrace, but it wasn't really worth it. It was rather worn and the view wasn't particularly nice.

I usually try and stay in an area more central - and frankly higher end, but I will stay here again when in Madrid. Location was in a lovely area, even though at first it seemed out of the way. But then I discovered it was very easy to get everywhere else I needed to go by bus. I didn't miss any amenities. No need to spend more. Plus, the staff was very accommodating.

I have no complaints.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it is definitely the best value in Madrid. Perfect conditions, very nice people in the lobby that help you with everything and very spacious rooms. The location is also perfect, near everything but not too crowded, walking distance from Serrano and many other things.

Location is not in the city center but just outside of one of the most important metro stations so that you can reach the airport in 20 minutes for only 5 euros. City center is just 4/5 metro stops. Breakfast very good with fresh products. Very clean.

Bathroom is ok but a bit "packed", Price was very high compared to location (nothing to see or do inthe surrundings)

Does not matter where in your body or wallet or how far from your phone you place your room’s keycard, the card is going to stop working, is a DISASTER, it gets demagnetized just by exposing it to air, you don’t need a magnet…. trust me. Luckily I was on the fourth floor so the trip back to the reception was not too long. Every time I exit my room I had to ask the reception to re-do my key…. really bad 😡. On the other hand the reception staff is aware of the problem and always ready to help.

Liked the hotel, nice service. It has a very good breakfast, the room was also very comfortable. Wifi worked well.

It would be better to get more ammenities in the room and not to have to request them.

The room is spacious and has everything you need and is very comfortable. The price was very reasonable.

The corridor looks a bit wasted. The night reception staff didn't even look at our side when we entered and greeted them.

Really nice hotel, well located, perfectly clean, exactly what you'd expect of a nice hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful/supportive, which was very important as our stay overlapped with a disaster.
