The location was fantastic for a trade show visit, especially with Zaandam train station just a minute's walk away, making public transport very convenient. The area around the hotel had everything you could need, from a large supermarket to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for a business stay, and the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive.

The only downside was that the rates were a bit high during the trade show dates, possibly due to peak season. However, considering the quality and convenience, it was still a pleasant experience overall.

Room fairly decent and quiet although you look into the city center so noise and lights are highly likely. in the colder weather that is fine as you can close the window and not hear or see a thing. The breakfast is also fine, no vegan options if someone needs them. The staff seems nice enough.

with the view of the city, i believe in warmer months the noise or that someone can see you while taking pictures seems likely ( the curtains are somewhat impractical). Taking away the bathrobe, slippers and taking away one towel from one day to another, while the same people stay in the room is also a bit impractical. not much amenities in the bathroom (e.g. conditioner)

Location...very easy to access Amsterdam and day trips. Restaurant and bar very good and great breakfast. Staff excellent especially Dafne who was very obliging when it came to dramas with our room. Local eateries..Logan Cafe...are great...there's even Maccas if you're desperate.

Had to change rooms..the first was not what we booked, the second looked on to a brick wall...not very nice if you're there for 6 nights and for the price, but third time lucky . Room on the 10th floor. It's very expensive but that's the same all over Europe

Picturesque location in the heart of Zaandam. Good shopping right outside hotel in an attractive and welcoming environment. Easy pedestrian access to the train station and, therefore, Amsterdam and Schiphol airport. Breakfast was plentyful and tasty. Tables cleared and cleaned promptly. Lovely wellness suite with great pool, sauna and steam rooms. The real bonus was that it was open from 6am-11pm. Reception staff helpful and smiley. Left luggage facility if you arrive early or leave late. Good size bathroom even in our cheapest of rooms. Room cleaned and serviced well.

The soft bed mattresses seemed a bit oversized so when you sat on the edge it gave way under you. Pillows (2) a bit too big and firm for my liking, but my wife had no complaints. There is a fridge in the room, but it's empty and did not appear at all cool. A vending machine on floor 3 replaces the minibar.

The rooms were not initially together, but without hesitation they moved our room to be near our friends and with a good view. The breakfast was amazing, it kept us going all day with a really good selection of cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, cereals, breads, cakes, savouries, hard/soft boiled/ scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage. Hot/cold drinks(including Prosecco) The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help you.

We didn't like that in our deluxe room, there was a window looking directly into the bathroom. I asked if there was anything we could do, change room, anything. But they were fully booked, so I put my faith in them, we went out for dinner and came back to find, that the staff had covered the window into the bathroom with A3 paper. Fantastic service.

Perfect location if you dont want to stay in the "Smelly and loud" Amsterdam central. I used to choose Easy hotel in Zaandam for the last 7 times I've stayed in the Nederlands just because of the location and the hotel is decent (very barebones and cheap hotel). But Inntel is now my go to hotel! Very cheap, just a bit more expensive than the very cheap "Easy hotel" but you get way more for your money. You get good room service. Incredibly good service and the staff very friendly! Also the breakfest is great, I loved the smoked salmon! Best breakfast buffet so far in a hotel I've stayed in Europe(I have always bought hotels in this price range). Then there is the spa! Dont expect something huge and incredible. But it is a very good area to come to relaxe, the the sauna or steambath and finish with a cold swim in the pool! There is a Movie theatre, Arcade, Shopping street, alot of good food and bars within 5-10 min walk! The train is just 3 minutes away and takes around 15 minutes to reach Amsterdam Central.

Cleaning could be better. Especially the walls, actually just the walls. You could see the walls are "darker" where you turn of the light. But I still was very happy with everything!

The view was spectacular, i love the fact that each room had its own theme! It’s pretty stunning to be honest! The hotel is in a beautiful area and it’s not far from Centraal station and also, isn’t far from Zaan Schans I think it’s called? It’s in such a good location! The bed was unbelievably comfortable! I need one at home! The staff? Unbelievable too, any enquiries were attended too, questions about nearby locations / travel, help was given in detail, every staff member had a beaming smile upon their face from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, unbelievable !

The only issue which we told the staff & they said they’ll sort out is that the silicone rubber under the shower was a tiny bit loose so, a little bit of water escaped the shower. Other than that, nothing. Honestly perfect!

Brilliant location. We bought city and district travel passes so you can pop on the train which is 2 mins walk to the station from the hotel. Ten minutes later you're in central Amsterdam. Then you can pop on and off the trams, trains, buses, whenever you want. Zaandam itself has a lovely selection of shops bars and restaurants. The hotel rooms were modern and clean. We had a bath and a shower. Plus the wellness centre with pool and steam room and sauna was open from 7 til 11. Breakfast was good and we also used the hotel bar. The staff were all very polite and helpful. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

Nothing we didn't like.

The building itself is impressive. The location is brilliant. Zaandam is lovely in its own right with good places to eat and shop near the hotel. The ease of getting in and out of Amsterdam by train is great. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the sauna/pool is a little bonus at the end of the day. The outside area is very nice for a meal or a drink. Staff super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had two rooms for our family. One had a lovely view but the other overlooked the road and railway lines. It didn’t bother our group but might be worth asking not to have a room on that side of the building if it would bother you. USB charging points would be helpful. Breakfast rather expensive so we chose to go to a cafe or bakery in the area, of which there are plenty.

We enjoyed our second stay here. It’s so convenient right next to the train station and shops and places to eat. We never waited long for a train to Amsterdam. The pool and spa area is so nice. The bed is quite comfy and the cushions very soft. The staff were friendly.

We found there was dirt under the bed(didn’t go looking there- my daughter had dropped something!) The restaurant was overpriced. Could do with a nice coffee maker.
