Rooms are themed to Berlin's edgy past and tastefully decorated. Bed nice but not great, although pillows exceptionally fluffy. Showers are like waterfalls! Service in the adjoining restaurant was 10/10 - breakfast absolutely fantastic, with a choice between different combination platters, all sizeable and very well composed.

The hotel had recently changed systems, and my 2+3 days reservation had been split into two individual reservations rather than kept together as I request - resulting in us having to move to a different room after two days. On the other hand I got a somewhat bigger room overall so I'd say this listened to my complaint. Eventually.

Hotel has loads of character, and is a bit quirky. It is located very close; 50m, to the north exit of Kanstanzerstrasse u bahn station. And a few minutes walk from the kurfurstendamme main street, so a good location for getting around. We had a deluxe room with a wonderful freestanding bath in the room as well as a shower. And a huge bed! Other reviewers have said the hotel was noisy but our room on the 4th floor was quiet.. Hotel has a trendy bar, although this wasn't busy on our stay which was during the week.

The shower in our room is in need of some maintenance, as it sprayed water in all directions! Also it was very dusty on top of the shower head. The pillows were too soft, and although there was a coffee maker and well stocked minibar there was no kettle for tea making. I felt that the breakfast was a bit limited in choice and quite expensive. Even though this is not a budget hotel, I think this was not good value for money at 25 euros each.

It was dusty everywhere. The tv is crooked on the wall. There was no remote control. I called reception twice with no answer so my pattern had to go down to request one. The internet was slow so difficult to watch tv as you have to cast it too. It seemed unnecessarily complicated. The provocateur switch didn’t work. Couldn’t be bothered to go down stairs again to ask. Staff are too serious, not friendly.

Very distinctive style of concept and interior. Suppose it’s especially good for couples. We had the superior suite and there is a provocateur mode switching on some music and some visual arts. There is a very good bar ground level and a restaurant run by an infamous Berlin chef. So yes, it’s superb.

There is always room for improvement, so next time we would appreciate the elevator functioning / bringing us to our floor. And I think it was the curtains, but there was a bit musty textile odor hanging in the room.

The hotel theme and the reason it exists is wonderful. I had a great time there. Big mirror on top of the bed is top. There was coffee in the room, two capsules, it was nice. We also enjoyed the Marshall Bluetooth audio box. And the shower in the bathroom is great.

I have asked for the red room, but got the blue one. Wasn't disappointed though, there was a big mirror. There's no electrical tea kettle in the room, I had to ask for it. Bed was clean and fresh, but I have seen a spot on the blanket, so it was old and needs to be replaced.

Greta location. Amazing breakfast and food. Lovely staff very helpful. Rooms are clean.

Didn’t provide an invoice that matches the amount payed to booking.com That is a big problem for professional trips that needs to be solved with booking.com I don’t see the point of using booking.com if the amount I am paying is higher than the one I would pay contacting directly the hotel. I still wait for the invoice of booking.com for that trip.

The hotel is full of personality and charm, conveniently located right in front of a subway station, the beds are great and the room is very comfortable. The staff was also very nice!

A bit far from the downtown area, the rooms didn't have tables that could be used as support for a computer and the bathrooms are made of glass, meaning that someone laying on the bed could look at you in there.

Room is pretty small but for 1 person is enough space. Bathroom pretty big with nice,wide shower and window. Nice selection in minibar. Staff absolutely fantastic. Very helpful with any queries.

Room has no wardrobe. For a business trip like i had (6 nights) was a bit difficult to keep all clothes in a bag or chair. Breakfast from menu card was very tasty but during busy time waiting was a bit to long.

The dedication to the 'concept' was unrivalled compared to other places I've stayed at. I loved the general atmosphere and the lay-out of the room was gorgeous.

The beauty seems to have 'cost' some functionality such as storage spaces (very small for a two person room). We stayed in the medium sized room and I feel like the small room might have been really small. There was just one place for clothes, no place to put our bags which made the small room feel cluttered.

This hotel is an experience, its different, romantic and sexy. The decor is burlesque in style with some quirky extras in the rooms. It's a fun experience to enjoy with your partner on holiday. The breakfast was another level of WOW! Order off menu and tantalizing delightful. The restaurant is apparently one of "The best" in Berlin may need advanced booking, closed the nights we were there.
