Great location which was a key factor for our trip. Rooms are very stylish, visually pleasing, and well-equipped. Special thanks for the tea kit which is essential during the cold season at least. You can find many restaurants and a supermarket just across the road. Welcome drink is nice touch!

I think the breakfast menu could be a little more diverse. Overall, it is clear that the menu is curated as well as the hotel interior but when it comes to breakfast, I would recommend to add more traditional options to the menu; like plain scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs. Options on the menu were very salty to my taste and too complicated with ingridient combinations.

We loved the attention for detail in the room, the quirky little things like a bluetooth marshall speaker or an old fashioned phone on a stand to call reception. The location is just perfect for a visit to chique West Berlin. The staff was very friendly. The room was spotless.

The room needed some maintenance. A panel fell from the minibar area, the soap rack detached from the shower wall, the bath tub in the suite was of course very fancy with a glass of prosecco but took sooooo long to fill that we kinda lost the buzz.

Location near centrum in Charlottenburg district near an S-Bahn Station was very convenient and low cost way for accessing major sites with easy connections to rail stations and even airport. Entering hotel from busy street was like coming into an oasis of pleasant calmness, with greenery and eclectic decor.

We liked the separate W/C, shower and washbasin, but lighting over washbasin for shaving and applying makeup was barely acceptable.

Everything is perfect in this hotel! I would say is the best hotel where we ever stayed ( and I’m traveling a lot)! When we booked this hotel I was reading all those comments and I was very nervous because this trip to Berlin was surprise gift for my boyfriends birthday - but when we entered it was already outstanding! It’s starts with fantastic smell, everything is so modern! Very friendly staff from all over the world who speaks different languages (German as well).They offer you welcome drinks. About the room : omg! So modern room and it’s huge.I seen comments about how small those rooms are - I have a question : did you stayed in Radisson or Pullman? In the room is everything you need - a good hair dryer which is always a headache for me ( sorry Valera), coffee machine, kettle , Marshall speaker. It was so lovely to receive bottle of Prosecco and card with cute words on my boyfriend’s birthday. And I loved reception - you feel so welcomed there, it was fantastic idea to make it as a table. My advice to all those who wrote negative feedbacks - stay at home.

Beautiful hotel with absolute excellent service! Very friendly and very helpful. Great location a few steps from the S-Bahn and lots of restaurants, shops etc nearby. Nice bed, nice shower, nice lighting, nice espresso maker in room.

I stayed in the smallest room, which might be a little small for two persons since you cannot really walk around the bed. I was on my own so it was perfect, but with two I would choose a larger room. I am quite short and really had to stretch to be able to open the window. But again: I absolutely loved this hotel alltogether!

I liked the uniqueness of the hotel style, the old building it is located in. Breakfast was not super large, but it was delicious.

I usually prefer not to use housekeeping services during short stays, to save up resources. This time I asked for housekeeping only once during my stay, so that i would have my bed sheets changed, but instead my bed was just put up nicely back in place, with the same sheets. Maybe I needed to do something to show that the sheets need to be changed (maybe put a card on the bed, or put the sheets on the floor, etc.) but there were no instructions on how to do it. Anyways, it was not a big deal, since my stay was a short one.

Very cosy rooms with personal touch. Very friendly reception. Shower was great and the towels were very fluffy. Location is great with the S bahn very close by and also a lot of restaurants nearby. The bathroom is part of the room. This didn't bother us and we knew it upfront because of the photos. I can understand that it might be uncomfortable for some, but we didn't mind.

The matras/bed and cushions were too soft for me. I personally need firmer support. The light over the sink was very badly placed and I couldn't do my makeup.

Although the room was small with no wardrobe or clothes storage it was tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. Train noise disturbed the first night. Slightly strange toilet and basin arrangement. Breakfast was excellent and staff exceptionally helpful. Appreciated the welcome Prosecco. Used the S bahn into town and to the airport. Very handy with lift for suitcases.

Nice location, nice hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for many times and Breakfast was very good. Now it even can’t be called breakfast, do they have some cost cutting or something, but breakfast is very bad. Only one option Omelette and some avocado, bad coffee and only one cup. Due to breakfast will not stay there anymore.

I was really impressed by the design of the hotel — every detail was thoughtfully curated and aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere is cozy yet stylish, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Everything felt well taken care of.
