The property is easy to find, the only issue is that in the evening it is a bit hard to find the writing on the door (maybe a bigger sign would be better). When booking it is not very clear which building is your room (they have 2), but we knew that we might be directed to the other building which is very close to the main one, so we had no issues with that. The rooms are very clean and cozy, especially the Standard Double Room - Annex was very spacious. If I ever travel to Dortmund again, would stay in this hotel for sure.

Having a teapot and cups would be a nice add up for the rooms :)

The location is amazing, You are right in the center of town. The hotel is surprisingly nice, from the outside it looks like a typical apartment building, but the decor is very modern and clean. Our room was on the 2nd floor, again very nice looking, spacious and the bed was huge and super comfy. The staff are friendly and helpful. We did not get our room cleaned one day and when I went down to ask for some clean towels, we got offered a free drink and towels were bought to our room. There is a nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Air conditioning. The room gets very warm during the night , even with the window open it becomes stuffy very quickly.

The room was exactly like in the pictures - clean, compact and comfortable. Everything needed was there and it's a wonderful hotel to stay for couple of nights.

While the location was very close to the main street, and there was a very handy kiosk close by, yet very close there was a public health department with interesting people hanging around it.

It was a really nice place to stay. Except that we didn’t actually get to stay in Vienna House but in another hotel as they were having maintenance. So it’s hard to share on a place that I didn’t stay in. I’m a little disappointed that we didn’t get to stay in our original booking location.

Very clean room, comfortable bed. Peaceful sleep during the night even in the city centre.

A little hard to locate, also having to walk to a different building with a printed map is not the best experience. There was no possibility of having a coffee or tea in the room (no water cooker).

Comfy bed, modern room, windows on two sides, free safe, good shower, perfect location for our needs, close to the rail station, close to the centre.

No tea and coffee making facilities. No aircon. Room would be very hot in the summer.

I traveled to the hotel with car, you van park realy nearby in a parking. It costs 12.50euro a day/night. The hotel has a perfect location. I thought the people who worked at the hotel were really friendly. The room was perfect. We liked our stay a lot.

I was surprised by how fancy the room looked. The furnishings were really nice. The workspace was also very comfortable. The hotel is located super close to the main train station so it was really easy simply walk there. There are also quite a few eateries nearby.

The bed unfortunately was too soft for me. Perhaps a bit costly for a one night stay but still good for a last minute booking.

Friendly staff, the room was very spacious, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Great location, lots of stores and restaurants in the area.

Internet was slow. Could not keep windows open because of the loud noises coming from outside.

Moderately close to the station and handy for the metro. Nice room and a good breakfast.

The rooms are in a separate building from reception, which is a bit confusing.
