The value for the money and the lobby and the staff was friendly

Service was a bit late because of the number of visitors anyhow this is a point the can work on and wont effect the visitor much

The staff in the restaurant at breakfast were lovely, very attentive, friendly and happy to help. Big shout out to Geeta and Jovan who gave excellent customer service. Also Emmanuel at Concierge was so helpful and very knowledgeable about where to go. Ahmed on Valet was lovely and very helpful. Cleaning staff very courteous and rooms were cleaned to a lovely standard and very quick too. A big thank you to night manager who helped us with a taxi driver who took us to the wrong hotel and charged us a fortune. Tip - write down your hotel and name and district to show to driver as there is another Millennium hotel in a similar sounding area, much further from this hotel. Also Ubers are twice as more expensive than normal taxis. Normal taxis also take credit cards. I didn't even take any cash for my holiday and didn't need it! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was lovely! Even the tea.

We visited because my daughter participated in the ice skating competition. As soon as we arrived the consierge people helped me and my daughter with all our luggage and took them to our room. Later they helped us find the right place to go and do more ice skating practice. The reception lady Miss Alma was great and tried to help us with everything. Excellent breakfast and delicious dinner. The cleaning gentlemen Mr Zeya and Mr Sumon cleaned perfectly our room because it was smelling cigarette smoke. They put fresh towels and bedsheets clean the air and refreshed the air. The maintenance man came and fixed the air conditioner and toilet. Excellent service and impeccable people to stand by us.

I believe the hotel should hire more personnel to work because all the employees were working tirelessly and nonstop but the management should hire more people in order to keep the level. The employees were magnificent. The management should realise that they should give them a raise.

The hotel is fit for a Queen. The architecture of the hotel was of fine beauty and elegance. The astonishing welcoming from the staff right through the complex, was of the highest professional customers services, from all duty services roles. We would hire them all in seconds. We thank each person very much from the bottom of our hearts, for our 9 day home, to highly recommend to colleagues, friends and family to stay here if they shall visit and us on return. The kindness & peace to feel at home

Bathroom and bedroom were amazing. Breakfast had good selection of food. Valet parking was perfect

Check in time was far too long. There was just one person at the counter and it took over 45mins to check in

Property location was within walking distance from Stadium where Cold Play performed. Check in was quick despite fully occupied nature of the hotel due to the Cold Play event. Special thanks to reception staff Bipin and life guard at the pool (Prabath) who was courteous and friendly. Overall it was a good stay at the hotel.

Shattaf water pressure in WC was extremely high and was unconformable to handle because it was installed at the wrong side. There was no option to reduce water pressure. Due to fully booked nature of the hotel, hotel should have provided more staff to handle car parking and baggage handling. First impression of the hotel was not up to the mark because of that experience.

The hotel is perfect. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and they were very kind to the guests. The room was excellent, huge, and luxurious. The pool is also very nice; even the outside pool is heated. The breakfast is fantastic. They have a lot of options, from French to Arabic breakfast.

The location is not very good for tourism. If you go to Abu Dhabi to do some work around ADNEC area it is a good hotel, but for tourism the only sight nearby is the Grand Mosque.

The rooms did not have drinking water glasses When called house keeping were informed that Dh 10/- glass is required to pay. On the second day we left at 8 am and upon are return at 4 pm the rooms were not done No iron in the room but they sent fast The iron board hinge needs to be fixed as it was not standing and once I got hurt badly closing They should have floor mats outside the shower so water does not seep out To avoid slipping.

A hotel that definitely needs some improvements, but I have to admit that it has an unbeatable price/quality ratio. So we have to be realistic with what we get for what we pay, and from this point of view I was very satisfied. The staff is good but in some places overwhelmed by the situations, and you end up in the position where you effectively have no one to contact for minor problems. There is also a real problem with the towels in the room, which can be one or two, but can be solved with a small tip to the cleaning staff. So if you want 5-star service, go to Conrad or St Regis, but you will have to pay 3 times the money here. Only one thing bothered me, namely that I had to pay 150 dirhams per night for an extra bed, something unheard of anywhere in abu dhabi at a 5-star hotel (how is this hotel registered)

the evening at check-in is very crowded, the elevators did not work on the first day because it rained and the electrical installation was broken, very high prices for food and drink, limited breakfast as well as products, the air conditioning only works automatically, so it must be closed if you don't want to freeze at night, we have closed the entire room with fuses so that we actually defrost

It's a beautiful building and the rooms are big with awesome bathrooms - the bath tub and shower are very spacious! Victor's pub has good pool tables and good food/drink offers at good prices. It's a very good value hotel, for the area. A fun place to stay for a couple of days without spending too much.

The pool area had some damage to it, which the staff were aware of, but didn't warn us about. As a result, I cut my leg on sharp, loose tile edging. That wasn't great and needs to be addressed. Also, the large bed was two small beds joined together, which left an uncomfortable gap down the middle. The Pool Brunch on Saturday was really loud and went on until 10pm. It would have been nice at check in to be informed of that and given the option of a room at the other side of the hotel. Oh! And they should tell people that the glass windows looking out to the pool are NOT one way! Hahaha. Some interesting sights to be seen from the water...
