The breakfast was nice.

There were multiple hairs in the bathtub and at least one hair in the sheets on the bed. The hairs were not noticed in the bathtub until we were unpacked and I was about to give my baby a bath. There was also no plug for the tub. I went down to reception to get a plug and mentioned the dirty tub (which I already cleaned). The staff apologized and offered to switch rooms, but there was no way I was going to pack everything up after a long day of travel to move to a new room.

Absolutely everything, if you have a car it’s perfect spot. Close to Porto by car (20mn), easy to join airport, calm, close to a supermarket (3mn by walk), very kind staff (reception and corridor), breakfast is great (croissants excellent!), kettle in the room (thank you!), everything was very clean. We also paid for night and breakfast but had an early check-out and they accepted to make a take away breakfast and they also made us espresso to go. Quality/price is amazing, keep it that way (89$/night). August 2024

Nothing. If I really had something to tell I would tell that the take away breakfast was more of a snack but that’s ok.

All good 👍 But disgusting coffee at breakfast (Nescafé 🤮) like most hotels I Requested a double bed , paid and then given 2 singles so I moved the beds and they were dirty underneath and I have asked a simple question about a lost bracelet and received a ridiculous long robot email that doesn’t help or answer my question , I just need a ‘yes or no’ from hotel reception

Somewhat poor lighting in the room. A broader selection for breakfast would make it perfect (hint: Bacon). For those travelling to the airport by bus (short trip and good connection, as such): Check the time table at the bus stop. The table in the reception (probably) gives the times the bus leaves the terminal, and not when it is by the hotel. I had a 20 minutes extra wait... (Side note regarding the bus: you can only pay cash - €2 to go to the airport).

Check-in was seamless, and we were welcomed as soon as our room was ready. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The bathroom included a bidet, and they provided high-quality organic soaps and shampoos.

There was no fridge in the room, which would have been a convenient addition. One of the seats had noticeable stains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. It would also be helpful if two room keys were provided during check-in.

Ideal for what we needed, being located near to the airport and car hire venue.

We had a late check in, as we had notified the hotel. Just one staff member who was busy serving a large family checking in. When we did get back to the bar after getting our room the receptionist was still busy serving customers checking in. We did eventually get a drink but many others just left the bar area. We only stayed for one drink as it took so long.

Perfect when in transit at Porto with early morning flights. Staff are very capable and easily arranged for a taxi at 4:30 in the morning. Our stay included breakfast but with our early check out, they packed us some sandwiches and pastries.

The walls don't seem to be thick enough. We could hear the guests in the room beside ours. To be fair it could be more the guests than the hotel walls as they were talking very loudly and kids were running around.

Good breakfast. Convenient parking nearby. Gave us adjacent rooms as requested. The rooms are tiny, but sufficient if you only use them for a night stay. Comfortable enough. Several light switches in the bathroom, including a dim night light, which is thoughtful.

Overall, the rooms appeared clean enough. However, when looking for something under the bed, an old receipt (not ours) was discovered. Better attention should be put.

Solid very nice hotel. Small rooms but with comfortable beds. Very quiet environment. Great parking. If you have a car, near to a lot of places. If you order an Uber or Taxi, I'me sure it's a low to medium fare to any place around: Leça, Matosinhos, and even Porto. One can just walk to Exponor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast (missing bacon and/or sausages); amazing Pastel de Nata :). Smooth check-in and check-out. It has a vending machine but without real snacks; no lunch or dinner, but you can order in and have it on the breakfast area. Solid nice 2 nights stay.

The room carpet could be replaced.

The location and proximity to the nearest beach, shopping mall, and the airport. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful.

We had to call the reception multiple times since the air conditioning of the room wouldn't turn on cooling manually. They had to reset it remotely every time we called.
