Scented Apple smell throughout the corridors, the nice botique style bar/restaurant and conservatory areas, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable priced car parking and . Room was pretty basic but very clean, but this is what I would expect from that price point. Also perfectly placed for Meo arena which we were attending. . I have to mention separatley the excelleent breakfast with fresh orange machine for pure juice, nice coffee, warm Pastel de Nata and overall good selection of breads, pastries and even scrambled eggs done perfect. They added some great little touches to make it really good, it was better than many 4 or 5 star hotels we have stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. We truly appreciated the thoughtful details and cozy atmosphere - a great place to unwind!

There truly wasn’t a single thing we found disappointing during our stay. Every detail felt well thought out, from the smooth check-in process to the overall ambiance of the room. Everything worked perfectly, and the environment made it easy to relax. It’s rare to have a stay where nothing feels lacking, but this was one of those great experiences.

The guy who checked me in on 3rd February 2025 at 5.30 am wasn't welcoming nor helpful, he didn't show any sympathy when it appeared that l misplaced my international passport nor assisted in the connection of internet to my laptop even when l mentioned to him of an important meeting by 7am, he was not bothered at all but when l met Isaias by 9.30am, he resolved all the issues seamlessly and made my stay more comfortable, lively, and enjoyable. Ibis should have more of Isaias at the front desk! He was so helpful and full of life. Thank you so much, Isaias, for the drink vouchers (which l couldn't take due to pressure from meetings). Thanks to the Ibis management team for the lovely surprise l met in my room when l came back from my meeting on 5th February. I look forward to seeing you all, especially Isaias, again anytime l am in Lisbon.

The location was perfect. The hotel was in the centre of Lisbon. All amenities and transport were at walking distance. The cleaner from Cap Verde was very lovely and efficient. The room was spotless. The time for breakfast and to check out were long. That was amazing as we don’t have to rush for anything. I will come back and recommend this hotel.

I didn’t like that we didn’t have water in the room as it was very hot and we have to call reception to ask for the breakfast time.

Beautiful, large, and quiet room. Comfortable bed and nice large shower. The breakfast in a box was excellent.

Although there was building renovating going on, I did not even notice it, except there was no kitchen. There were machines to purchase coffee and snacks, but they were not informed by the check-in person, he seems in a hurry, although I was the only check-in guest at that time. There is a fridge in the room, but no water. As I only found out of the vending machines the next morning, I had to go out and buy water.

What I liked the most: location. What I also liked: everything except the air conditioning. Reception staff was nice and competent. Breakfast until 11:00 AM, with variety of choice. Cancellation policy (even if I didn't use it).

The air conditioning. The only way it could be operated was excessively cooling the room. Even after trying to set a temperature >25 ºC, the air coming out of it was always too cold. I missed bacon at breakfast, to go with the scrambled eggs.

Location is amazing if you are going to concerts nearby. There are lots of shops and everything can be done pretty much on foot. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. My daughter loved the pancake machine :-) Staff is helpful and beds are good, rooms are nice and clean. Definitely a good option for the Oriente area in Lisbon.

Room is quite small and everything is pretty basic - no special anything but I guess if you want such things you've got to pay the price.

We stay regularly in this hotel when flying out of or into Lisbon Airport. It is a functional hotel, ideal for a one-night stay - for longer we might prefer more space. The staff are young and friendly and there is a lively vibe. The bar, which stays open late, is welcome after a long day's travel. We liked the recently redecorated bar / reception area.

The location is straightforward to find. Uber from the Hotel to the Airport was 5 euros with an Uber. Very well located. I would have enjoyed an extra night in Lisbon. The night staff that checked me in were FANTASTIC. From Bernardo and José. They were very warm

Nothing more. It was exactly what I needed for one night. Breakfast had an entire variety of food, even gluten-free and lactose-free milk. Honestly, I will refer this hotel to others and as well for myself.

I got what I paid for, an inexpensive hotel close to where I needed to be, the staff were friendly, check in was quick, the room was clean quiet and warm, it wasn’t a five star hotel but I didn’t pay five star money, all that I needed and nothing I didn’t.

Nothing to dislike. I spend my life in 4 and 5 star hotels all over the world with work, this hotel was better than a big brand hotel in the US or U.K.
