Very clean. Well maintained. Friendly staff

Breakfast buffet was expensive and nothing special. Exactly what you would get for free at a hotel in the US. Also, you had to pay for a cup of coffee!?! Dinner was fine but a bit bland and again, expensive for what you are getting.

The staff is wonderful. The grounds are well kept, calm, and relaxing. Food options can be limited because of the operating schedules. The formal restaurant and the casual restaurant are not always open on the same night. We exhausted the menu at one place, but the other being closed forced us to leave the resort for dinner. The food is very good but pricey, too. There were bird droppings in the outdoor dining area, on the chair mats and chairs, which was unpleasant. As lovely as it is, there are a few touches that would increase the value, like a robe and slippers in the room. A food/drinks package would help. The all a la carte format contributes to the long span of time between visits.

Exceptional experience during our stay. The hotel is in a prime location in Guanica, very private. The facilities are gorgeous, lots of well kept lush green everywhere. The pools are great, the hot tub as well. There is plenty to do without leaving the hotel, games, pools, hot tub, gym, kayaks, scuba diving, beach walks, etc. The restaurant was phenomenal. We went out to eat once outside and we wished we had stayed in the resort. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Their prices are competitive, but you must book in advance to get good prices. We stayed in a an ocean front room and we loved it. The room features the spa products, which is a nice change from generic soap, shampoo, etc. The beds were nothing out of the ordinary but we were not there to stay in the room all day. Highly recommend if you’re in the area or are visiting PR and want a small getaway from the metro area, you won’t regret it.

Terrific location spread across a long sandy beach front with very nice lawned gardens down to the sea. Food was of a high standard - we had great breakfast and dinners served up by a very high-class chef with innovative foods. Staff at all times were very cheerful and helpful.

It is a long drive from the airport and sits along a remote piece of coastline with nothing else near it. This is both a plus (for peace) but a negative if you want to see anything else as you would need a car to do so.

Beautiful property, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, comfortable nicely decorated room. They even helped decorate my daughter's room for her birthday as a surprise on arrival!

Small beach, we didn't use it and opted to sit by the pools instead. Although the onsite restaurants are very good, there aren't any restaurants or groceries within walking distance of the resort so we drove to visit other restaurants, roadside food stands, and groceries.

The place where the property is located is one of the most beautiful places on the island. The sunsets are stunning and the views of the ocean are spectacular. The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I would like to mention and thanks specially to Luis “Tortilla” at the Kitchen for his excellent food, Michael , Ariana, Christopher, Heidi, Angelica , all for their great hospitality and service at the Hotel. Kudos to them

Definitely more ice machines. Depending on which room you are, it could take a long walk to get to the closest one.

Beautiful, quiet, clean, comfortable, private, beds were pretty comfortable, staff was friendly, maid service was great, the pool towels were great.

The food wasn’t great, and there wasn’t any other option but the resort. And it was pretty pricey. There wasn’t much of a beach at all. Also, the linens could have been better quality…the sheets and towels weren’t very soft. The birds flying through the restaurant and landing on tables, plates, glassware weren’t annoying and unsanitary.

I loved absolutely everything about the property. It offers numerous amenities, great accommodations, the staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful and the location is a great location to get around in this side of the island. We are very happy with this resort and we will definitely be back again.

It is an island issue but the mosquitoes were very very active here day and night. I don’t know if there is something that they can spray to try to lessen the bites.

Everything was great! The views were beautiful from the room, pool, bar, and restaurants. The beach chairs were great to sit and relax while looking at sea. The food at the restaurants was excellent. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and nice. We can't wait to return. We saw several Venezuelan turpial (orange and black bird) near the bar. The location is close to other pretty beaches and the Guánica Dry Forest.

A stunning resort situated right on the beach. Beautifully maintained grounds, great facilities and - above all- fantastic staff who really made us feel welcome. After a day or two it started to feel like home and we didn't want to leave. Honestly I cannot flaw the service we received. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.

It's quite pricey at the resort and your options are limited as there isn't much in the surrounding areas. I'd recommend driving or renting a car to give you more mobility outside of the resort.
