It’s conveniently located near Lavender station so it’s easy to get around. Cleaning is done every day. I also like that they provide a water filter so I didn’t have to spend on bottled water.

When people are outside in the hallway, I could hear them talking so I think the rooms’ walls are pretty thin.

We loved the location, right above the metro station, and 2 minutes from the bus station. The connectivity from the hotel was just amazing. And we loved that it had a hawker center just bellow the hotel, plus other restaurants, coffee shops and fast food right outside. Also, 5 minutes walk was a mall with other restaurants and with a Ya Kun Kaya Toast coffee shop where we had breakfast every day. We did not have breakfast in the hotel because we thought it was a little expensive (15$ per person), and we had so many options around we found much cheaper and better breakfast. We really loved the pool. We used the pool every day. It is very clean and perfect for swimming. Our 6 year old also enjoyed the pool. Beds were comfortable and with clean bedsheets. Bathrooms were clean, and the shower was amazing, with perfect water pressure. Close to the hotel, 5-7 min walk, there is a launderette open 24/7. The A/C was strong.

Even though the room was cleaned every day and overall it was ok, cleanliness could have been better. The places that are not reachable were full of dust. But we liked that they cleaned the bathroom really well, every day. The room was a little small, the bathroom as well, by our standards, but the space was enough taking into consideration that we just slept there. The wifi was terrible, and the hair dryer was really bad. Plus, the shampoo and conditioner were the same and not amazing quality. On the last day, they deactivated our room keys at 11 a.m., even though the check out was till 13.00. We had to go to the reception to activate the key.

Good location

The young staff at the reception was very rude to us. Did not expect that from this property. However the more veteran staff were much friendly. Will suggest this property to please please properly consider who you put at the front of your desk as it is the face of the institute.

We stay there four nights. Room was quite good and clean but my room did not have the view of the city. It did not matter to us since we come to there for only to sleep. Location was excellent since you have the MRT and the bus station back side of the hotel. We did not have the breakfast so I could not say about the value since it is $30 for two of us. There are so many eating places around the hotel such as Toast Box, McDonald, Burger King etc. We have had breakfast couple of time at Toast Box for $8 combo (two eggs+ Kaya toast+ eat) which was good enough since we are not big eaters at breakfast time

The room window was facing the other wing of the hotel.

I have visited this hotel a few times and what attracts me to the hotel is the location which is away from the tourist areas. Short walk to SMRT (Metro), buses and food court with reasonable prices. The room was clean, comfortable and the service desk staff were good.

I had to pay an additional 200 Singapore dollars for two rooms for 5 nights. With the exchange rate to AUD the room final price was not reasonable. The taxes and possible additional costs should be advertised / mentioned so we can select a hotel within our price range. Some of the tourist are very rude and should have better manners in the small foyer and lift area.

Lovely modern hotel, with comfortable though slightly small rooms. Great location with food vendors right below the hotel, and an underground station right there, and fairly central.

It was fairly expensive for what it was, but that’s just Singapore. Instead of bottled water they had a filter in the room, which only filtered when you wanted some water, so when we wanted some cool water we had to wait comically long for it to fill up a glass (and even more so to fill up a water bottle). If they want to avoid plastic bottles, then they should provide pre-filtered water in glass bottles, as I’ve seen in other hotels.

The Hotel Lavender was directly above the Lavender MRT Station on the East-West Green Line, so it was very convenient to come to from Changi Airport and also to explore Singapore. The Staff were very helpful and courteous; form the reception staff to the concierge. It was clean and reasonable sized room. Quiet. The bathroom/toilet facilities are good and clean with a good supply of shampoo and body wash, as were the towels supplied.. There are many varied eateries nearby; all within walking distances. All in all, a very good convenient and clean hotel in Singapore.

V Lavender is truly an exception when it comes to location! There are plenty of dining options nearby — we had Toast Box for breakfast, and Aperia Mall is just a short walk away. You also can’t miss the convenience of the train station right next to the hotel. The staff were incredibly nice — they managed to check us in three hours early and even helped connect all our reservations, placing us on the same floor so it was easy to visit my mom and sisters’ rooms. Really appreciated their thoughtful service!

The room is quite small, so it can be a bit challenging to move around, especially with luggage. But aside from that, you really can’t beat the location — it’s one of the best and most convenient places to stay!

The hotel is near Lavender station (near Bugis and City hall area). It is very easy to go out for sightseeing and go to airport. Although the room is a little bit small but it is comfortable.

The room is clean but it seem the staff did not changed my bed sheets during my staying periods, e.g., 6 nights. For a long trip, it may not appropriate.
