The proximity to the ballpark, shops and restaurants.

The air conditioning shut off during the night making it extremely hot during the night. Didn’t like having to return wet towels for new towels but there were never enough towels for the amount of people the room would sleep which we had 4 people (1 adult and 3 children). The pool gate was rusty and hard to open and the bathroom door handle was broken. Overall nice property

Being in the pool with just myself and my daughter. We enjoyed being able to spend quality time together before school starts back.

Saw trash in corners of the room. Popcorn. Also the drawers had trash from other people whom stay led prior.

The breakfast and service was good. The staff was good the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because of the stupid station that the TV was on during the breakfast. It was annoying. You need to do news or some other station. I have never stayed in a hotel with such an annoying channel playing in the breakfast area. The food was good, but the station made it unenjoyable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Checkin and checkout were easy. Staff are helpful and friendly. The location is excellent for our trip. The price was reasonable. The water was hot and did not run out!

The air conditioner took a while to figure out and was somewhat noisy. There is only one mirror in the bathroom. I suggest adding a full length mirror to the wall in the main room. The breakfast was unappetizing. Ice machines were broken and not available.

Very poor lighting in the room...need a light above the sink mirror so one can see their face sufficiently to shave or add make-up. Sorry, but although a good room in general, out of hundreds of rooms during my lifetime, have never had a room where one's face was literally, 'in the dark', with no way to see it unless someone holds up a flashlight! The room was a very nice size and appeared to be clean. The min refrigerator was broken and leaked water all over the floor. I called the attendant and she rushed upstairs with extra towels for leak. The refrigerator could not be repaired then, and I bought several things that I wanted refrigerated. I was given the option to change rooms, but there was one room left and it was downstairs, and I preferred to stay on the 3rd floor. I also could not get refund from hotel, because I had not booked with them, I booked with booking.com. This was the only issue I had with my stay. The breakfast was great! I also appreciated the fact how nice and prompt, the receptionist was about the situation! The hotel was also very quiet and peaceful.

The location... It's not on "hotel row.". Relatively quiet (there is this freeway nearby), and pleasant place. No commercial vehicles or trucks because of it's location.

Not much. Everything worked well, but the layout of the bathroom and opening/closing of the doors had to.be "coordinated.".

Breakfast was good better than most for what it is.

The bathtub stopper was broken and lying on the tub you would think the staff would check and make sure everything was in good working order before guest arrived, have had issues with these type of issues (things not working) before at this hotel.

Quiet, no traffic noise. Close to restaurants and shopping.

It was not marked, no Best Western signage. We weren’t sure we were in the right place.
