My friend and I stayed at the Westin to attend a concert held at the arena next door. The stay was great, specifically due to the beds, rooftop bar, and overall quality of the room. The check in and out process was very easy, and we loved having starbucks available in the lobby! We were able to leave less than 5 minutes before the show and arrived with plenty of time. The walk over couldn't be easier! Would definitely stay here again.

While there was plenty of parking, the garages themselves were difficult to navigate especially if you park prior to checking in.

Room was nice & comfortable! Bathroom was huge 🙂!

I self parked in the parking garage/no other place to other than the garage. They did offer valet parking but I chose to self park. All entrance to the garage was electronically gated but not attended. No visible security but still charged 20.00 a night to park. With your room key you could come and go as pleased. But 20.00 a night seems outrageous for self parking and no visible security.

All the facilities and amenities here are wonderful, and the staff is very friendly and professional. It's a brand-new property, and it's location is perfect for events taking place at the Gwinnett Arena, which is less than 500 feet from the hotel.

Because it's a brand-new property, there were a few glitches with the room - a leaking drain pipe and a part of the shower door came apart, but neither of these were very serious or problematic, and were attended to quickly.

So very close to the venue we were attending.

EXTREMELY frustrated that the rooftop bar closed at 11:00pm. The hotel was full of people going to the venue next door. We get back at 11:00pm and can’t go to the rooftop bar?!?!? That is VERY uncool!!! When there is an event next door it should be open until at least midnight!

I loved everything about the property and the convenience of the dining options that including the Starbucks on premise 10 out of 10

Everything was great! I had one interaction with a sales member that was slightly uncomfortable but other than that all good!

Every employee was a joy to interact with. Property was beautiful and literally next door to the Gas South Arena we were going to. Starbucks in the hotel, restaurant, and bar. Very nice indoor pool. Would absolutely stay again!

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. It was a very nice and extravagant place to stay.

Restaurant on the 9th floor and also the rest and bar on the main floor, location was cleaned, staff very helpful and accommodating.

Rooms were small and no microwave.

Our waiter for breakfast was great

Our waitress for dinner was inattentive and appeared distracted. We had to ask for our bill repeatedly and were almost late for our show.

The rooms were luxuriously comfortable, all the seating in the lobby areas was plentiful, and every staff member was cheerful and helpful!
