Loved this motel!!! The rooms were clean, wifi was good, cable was good and room service was everyday. Staff was really friendly and I liked the vending machines and laundry room they had! I also really liked the amount of space you have in the bathroom. Not a lot of hotels offer shelves to put your shampoo and conditioner on, I typically have to keep those things on the bathroom sink or the side of the tub. My bathroom had multiple shelves for storage for my showering needs!

There honestly wasn’t much for me personally to complain about. Things people should be aware of is they don’t have a mini fridge in all of the rooms and they don’t offer shampoo and conditioner for every room. If you’re anything like me, you don’t need these amenities. I still loved my stay and I was not worried about these small things as they didn’t affect me. Every room also doesn’t offer a microwave but they do have a microwave for everyone to use in the lobby.

This hotel is a new building which made it feel like a more expensive hotel then a motel. The entrance was nicely decorated with holiday decor which made it feel warm considering we stayed for the holidays. Coffee was available to the guests in the lobby each morning which was a nice surprise. Laundry facilities were available along with housekeeping. Overall, this hotel and all the amenities truly made it a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The afternoon front desk ladies were impersonal and rather cold. During one of the nights that we stayed, the fire alarm went off due to popcorn being burnt in the lobby microwave. When I went to find out what was happening, one of the employees told me that she wouldn't answer any of my questions in a very disrespectful manner. She had a heavy accent so I could barley understand what she was saying which didn't help me feel safe. Other than the two afternoon front desk ladies, the other staff members were friendly and professional.

I always stay here when I visit Chicago, as the hotels in town are too expensive. Also, I am often only here for the airport. Its a decent Motel 6. The vending machine is a bit of a faff but it does work if you can figure it out. The rooms are good and the staff are great. Parking is free. The rooms have AC, some can be a bit noisy but most are fine. And the motel is 2mins walk away from the Korner House bar and grill, which serves really great and inexpensive food and is open until 4am!

Sometimes the AC is a bit noisy, and I wish the lobby coffee were available for longer in the mornings. And that vending machine is quite a conundrum to figure out.

Bus station was not far from the hotel like right out front. Staff was really frendily was kind to directed us to food that didn't invole crossing the street. The room was nice and clean. Wifi worked great.

No sidewalks to get anywhere. The bus stop getting dropped here was terrible. Had to cross a busy street to get the hotel. No crosswalks to get safely across. People just speed though had to run which is a bit a hard with a 40lb suitcase.

For people who travel by car it is ideal, because of the proximity to the airport and because they can travel to the nearest towns. However, for those who depend on public transportation it is complicated, since the schedules are spaced out, in addition to the fact that they are not punctual. Additionally, there are no places to buy groceries around the hotel, so it is essential to take the bus.

My first stay in a budget hotel in America, my expectations weren't high; but I was impressed with the interior and exterior design and cleanliness. The lobby was nicely decorated in true holiday fashion. However, what I'll most remember about this place is the Dec 11 daytime hostess, Estella. She's the nicest hotel employee I've met in years; and I've spent at east 100 nights in hotel rooms and guest houses this year, including 4 & 5 star Marriott hotels. She's so pleasant to talk to and also allowed me to have a late checkout to give my family (who were attending a funeral) extra time to pick me up; and I watched her interact with multiple other customers who just seemed to love her. She made us all feel happy we stayed there. I look forward to staying there again soon.

One of the beds in the room had food crumbs under the cover but that wasn't a major problem. Also, I wish there had been another microwave downstairs. Sometimes, there was someone else waiting to use it. I know that this is a budget hotel but microwaves & mini fridges in the rooms would be a big plus and I'd be ok with paying a few extra dollars.

The only problem came with you charging me and then I had to pay two times because Motel 6 didn't get the charge for your prepaid method and I am very upset to find out I was dealing with Booking.com which gave me problems before you must Call Motel 6 in Elk Grove village and speak to Stella about this We either want you to pay for us a free night or put the $66.09 Back on the charge card or I will start my campaign against your company

When we checked in. Everyone in our group had to have their I.D checked (that was a lil challenging at 1am). I understand that each location has its own particular policies but a heads-up would be nice. I little hick up. Overall would definitely stay here again

Had to stay for one night because my flight was canceled. It’s not luxurious, but it worked for what I needed: Very close to the airport and comfortable beds. Estela at the reception is very kind.

All types of people coming in the hotel late at night, I was kind of scared for my safety.
