The property was clean and tidy. Very less occupants during our stay however it was good for our one night stay on was back to LA. The staff was courteous especially the one who helped us checkin

The property seems to be in a very dodgy looking place. I feel the whole Bakersfield is a place like that and not the issue with the place. The girls on reception did comfort us that they have night security to look after our car and have cameras around the place.

Really clean and comfortable. Late night Check in staff were exceptional.

The check out / breakfast staff were no where near as friendly and accommodating as what we experienced at check in and it put a disappointing spin on our experience.

Nicely kept big rooms. Not absolutely spotlessly clean but not far off. The pool looks nice and clean. The breakfast included was great too.

Not the hotels fault but there didn’t seem to be much happening in the area and a fair bit of homelessness. We were going to walk to places but decided against it and drove instead.

The room was lovely and very clean, the bed cozy, and breakfast was included.

The exterior was not very inviting, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room inside.

This is my new hotel to stay at when I'm in Bakersfield. Quality Inns have always been good affordable options. I had stayed at a more expensive hotel on the first part of my roundtrip from San Diego to Eureka. After staying here I realize this is where I need to stay from now on in Bakersfield. This has everything a Quality Inn has: great wifi, a clean room, great TV, a friendly and highly efficient staff, a great location. On the breakfast, this is typical Quality Inn: some cereals, etc and a waffle machine. Sometimes a motel does not live up to the standards of its brand...this one most certainly does.

The breakfast was fine but they might add another item. On the other hand, a Starbucks and other places to eat are located very nearby. NO COMPLAINTS with this hotel.

It was quiet it was comfortable. They accommodated me with my dog and we’re very helpful.

Can’t really say that there’s anything that I didn’t like

The room felt very welcoming. There were several excellent and kind workers at the front desk. The main lobby was extremely clean and welcoming. The pricing was perfect considering the area and room specifications.

The neighborhood is generally bad especially towards night but it can't be helped. There were tiny gray spiders crawling down the curtains in the room. The doors of other neighbors can be a little loud to hear through the walls.

It was clean and there’s free breakfast although some guests were not considerate. They ate a whole tray within 15 minutes leaving none for others

A little pricey because it was in a suspicious part of town

The design of this motel is such that from the outside you can be discouraged. But you should not be because the interior courtyard and surrounding rooms with the pool as the focal point, is quite beautiful. The breakfast was satisfactory. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

As previously mentioned, the exterior of the motel is quite unattractive. But don't let that discourage you. Because the interior courtyard and the rooms themselves are quite nice and spacious.

The receptionist made me feel welcomed and checking in and out was super easy and fast

Maybe just the noise of cleaning staff early in the morning
