The location was prime. We were attending a convention at the Safe Credit Union Convention Center. We had complimentary parking and were able to walk to every day to our convention.

I had one roach in our room. This needs some roach traps or something. Needs to be protected, from the dirty ness surrounding all the down town buildings.

Parking around the building felt secure, the bed was comfortable and the table and fridge/freezer were nice. Shower worked well and the A/C worked so well we got cold. WiFi was decent

Some of the settings on the microwave didn’t work and it was close to the bathroom. The elevator worked but the lights on the buttons didn’t.

I was in town for an early morning appointment. The location was a mile away... actually a straight shot up the road! Google Maps brought me straight to my room. Check-in was easy. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Parking was in front. My room was great for what I needed it for. The bed was super comfortable, the fridge worked great as did the microwave. The bathroom is huge! Grateful for the air conditioning!

The staff were very helpful and nice. The woman running the front desk is really sweet. The location was awesome for Sac Anime and the room was comfortable even with 3 people occupying it. The price was unbeatable.

The advertising promises breakfast, however there is NO breakfast at this property. They do have a station for coffee though! Room was a bit dirty.

Close to convention center walkable Stayed on 2nd floor. No bugs room was clean. For a older motel not bad fridge, microwave air worked fine along with heater. Had our 2 small service dogs. It's not the Hilton but good for us. Staff very friendly. Alot of things within walking distance. Even spegetti factory we didn't have any issues that were on some reviews.

You definitely get more than what you pay for. Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious , from fridge to blowdryer and little dining table everything there. Obviously rating it from a rational perspective ( can’t pay little and expect 5 star hotel ). Some little sites a little worn off but that’s about it. Would definitely come back.

It was great for the cost. No complaints except Booking.com stated they offer breakfast but the front office said only coffee was served early morning.

The beds were great. The staff were amazing. The location was very convenient for what was needed.

My only complaint was that the water pressure could be better otherwise everything was great.

Location is in downtown Sacramento.

Rooms could use some attention and TVs were small, about 27". My home TV is 32", so I really see the difference. TV remote worked and it had a channel guide which I really appreciated. So motels don't have channel guides.

The location is excellent. Furnishings and decor were past their prime, but TV had an immense selection of channels and an excellent user interface.

No in-room coffee maker. Deteriorating, but clean and non-offensive walls, door and window.
