My husband and I are both disabled, and the front desk person was very courtesy, helpful, and accommodating, which was a nice, much needed relief.

The bathroom-toilet/tub/shower is in need of some repairs and/or cleaning. 1) Toilet seat slides around when you sit down. Someone could fall off toilet. 2) Tub is very slippery. Had to put a towel inside tub so I wouldn't slip. 3) Towel rack is bent 4) Door handle is loose and does not lock 5)shower appears to be clean and mold free until it gets wet. The mold magical appears. 6) the little seating area had no lighting

Good location and price, clean and comfortable.

One of the night lights didn't work in my room -minimal complaint. My key card stopped working before my check out time. When I went to the front desk to reactivate, there was no one there. I ringed the bell multiple times but no one came out. I had to go find cleaning staff before I could get someone to help me so would suggest having someone at the front at all times.

In a small town so not close enough to anything fun

I love the space I could do my morning workout before doing errands.

The bathroom was a bit small but overall the room was very spacious for both of us! Disappointed that it didn't have breakfast but it's okay! Thank you for having us! Amazing customer service 😊

Nice location

Bathroom was smelling. Just to get rid of the smell flush toilet no help n with perfume much better. After taking a shower the towel that you lay down to dry your feet was filthy.

Staff was not very pleasant Complementary breakfast was a joke They did not have cream for the coffee wasn’t expecting much, but that should not be tough to have

This is my FAVORITE Watsonville, CA hotel and I've stayed in them all. The couple that run this hotel are professional, kind, and keep the premises spotless. The bed linens are quality and pristine as are the sinks, bathroom/shower and carpets. I always try and stay here first if there are rooms available. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Watsonville or Santa Cruz/coastal area.
