Property was directly next to car dealer I was buying car from, traveled out of state. The hotel met expectations relative to the value. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Hotel was showing its age. One towel in the room was stained. The shower drain was clogged and filled up with water during shower. Continental breakfast was just okay, but again it was acceptable relative to what we paid.

Good price to value ratio. Paris is a small town that has fallen into decay although it an area of horse country estates. The facility offers a decent breakfast featuring scrambled eggs.

Headlight from other cars parked just outside our windows invaded the room. The pillows were uncomfortable. These are the small boxy ones that are poorly designed from an ergonomic perspective. The accommodation ought to offer more traditional pillows upon request.

The breakfast was good and was as expected for a Best Western. The room was acceptable and clean.

Was disappointed that the ice machine was not clearly marked on the back side of the hotel and was not working

they lady that helped me check in was so helpful and always had a great smile. the room was very clean and the property was well taken care of. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. the location was great too.

Property outdated. Needs better outlets to support electronic devises. Decor could use some sprucing up.

Price was reasonable for the area, especially given the limited options. Upon arrival, room was very clean and smelled fresh. Desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was included and more than fine. Bed was comfortable, hot water plentiful and AC super efficient (key during July!). Toiletries provided were good quality. Good central location for a variety of Kentucky attractions and close to a wide selection of food and staples.

Location was a bit noisy. Forget sleeping in, given the multitude of trucks arriving at the nearby car dealership--that backup noise is a dream killer! Our room wasn't cleaned every day, though we saw the housekeeping staff every morning over the course of our 8 days there. Even when it was cleaned, it seemed a bit willy nilly--some days the coffee, towels, cups, or toiletries were refreshed, some days not. Usually only 2 of the 4. Asked repeatedly for extra pillows and a blanket and were told they'd be left in the room for us, but never received the items in the room. Disappointed only because I expect more from a Best Western branded hotel.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast could be a bit better. I am not a fan of powered eggs, the egss were not good at all, the potatoes did not taste very good either. Everything else was good for breakfast.

Price to value ratio was good. The facilities were limited to reception, breakfast room and our guest room. The breakfast did not disappoint. The price was great. about half of the average we paid closer to I-75 on this trip. It's a good place to stay on a drive through Ky horse country on US 68. There is also a popular 1960s style family restaurant a short drive away where we had a decent meal at a very reasonable price served by super friendly staff.

The room was "good enough" and I am happier with the bargain price than if I were forced to pay more for better facilities such as a lounge or a pool. Travelers who want those additional facilities should probably look elsewhere. But this motel is "good enough" at an excellent price. I expect it will become a regular stop for us when we travel North from Florida.

Room, Lobby, and breakfast room were all spotless! Breakfast was very good, and the lady in charge of breakfast was friendly and accommodating. Will not hesitate to stay here again!

Kids running in hall and giggling from 1A to 4A. Not the fault of the motel. No parental supervision apparently.

It was a great last minute stop for my family and I. I requested two rooms next to each other and they were quick to accommodate! Great price and very friendly staff. Breakfast was also amazing and we all enjoyed the wide variety of options!

It was severely hot when we first walked into the rooms. However, a few short hours of the ac on 65 and full blast, that was no issue! Not really anything else that could be a complaint.
