I gave a 9-star rating due to the facility having only one elevator. I was shocked by this but everything else was super good. My room was nice although there was a strange odor to the sheets. My room was very quiet but there was a loud party across the hall or a room down from mine. I didn't consider it a nuisance at all, in fact, it was good to hear some noise (Life as we call it), esp since I was travelling alone and grieving over the holiday weekend. Noise is good. Adam at the front desk was exceptional. BIG THANK YOU TO ADAM!! Very professional and efficient. I will return.

The property was good, everything from the lobby to the room was clean and neat. My room and bed was comfortable and had good cable channels such as Disney and nick for my daughters. Breakfast was good, the best hotel sausages but I wish the oatmeal had a good texture and wasn’t runny like soup. Coffee brand and creamer options were good. I like the mini mart and kids enjoyed the ice cream selection they had.

I didn’t like that I had one bed instead of two beds. My kids were a little disappointed that the hotel had an indoor pool but was closed. To be fair it did mentioned on the website that the pool was closed for the season. I’m not sure why when it looked like it was open could be due to not having a lifeguard that’s the only thing I could think about.

It was nice and staff was very accommodating and nice! Especially Erin, Manager the night when we checked in was amazing. She went above and beyond by giving us plates to eat in the lobby area with family and cups to drink our pop. As well as the next day other staff opened up breakfast early to accommodate. And really like the choice of the dove body & hand products in bathrooms are nice!

The hours of the pool wasn’t available for us. It was from 7am-3pm and we were only there for two nights and kids look forward to it. The service of room while out wasn’t done either and found old gum stuck on the side of our bed(removed it). Was in town for daughter college graduation from John Hopkins University. We drove in from Chicago.

The staff. Extraordinary customer service, which began with a phone call requesting an early check in because my husband was ill. They assisted me in locating an urgent care and asked how he was feeling more than once. We had an issue with ants and an odd smell but we were immediately moved to another room without an issue. Loma Rao, Lawn’s are two of the staff members that went above and beyond great customer service. We will definitely return.

I liked that the room was nice and clean and we had the back property view with winter birds flying and foraging in the snow. The bathroom was clean and had the tissues made to look like flowers which was so cute. They also use Dove soap products which I thought was cool. The breakfast was excellent with a very wide variety of items including omelets, pancakes and fresh fruit with teas, coffee and juice. They even had brown sugar for oatmeal and low sugar items. The kitchen environment was clean and so was the seating area. Last but not least the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Also, the property is near a strip mall with a supermarket.

I was only there for one night so I liked everything. No complaints.

I like that the property was affordable, served breakfast, and the room was pretty comfortable. It was pretty decent.

I did not like that the room floor that I was staying in still needed to be vacuumed and had previous stains on the carpet. Although, when I asked for another vacuum, the front desk staff sent someone immediately. There is no real view. You are looking at the parking lot of the building.

Really nice, location, building, and front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff at night and day very helpful and personable.

I would give everything max stars except for the continental breakfast. The sausage patties were like hockey pucks, most of the cooked food was luke warm. Finally the creamer was bitter like it was expired. Another customer spoke to the stare about it. It was replaced and addressed. It would of been good to have someone help in that dept. the front desk and cook were too busy. So someone who could seen the dirty tables and questionable food. There wants butter or cream cheese out and available.

The man with the curly hair and glasses was always so polite and nice every time I walked out to my car he always said hello or was friendly. I loved the fact they offered dove toiletries having dove shampoo conditioner body wash lotion and hand wash was AMAZING! the shower felt amazing. Having access to our own thermostat I was so thankful. The breakfast options were amazing sausage biscuits and gravy was so good.

The pool hours are Tuesday through Saturday 7-3 with no life guard. To me that was weird if there's no life guard It should be open longer... also the pool did not look clean. I felt unsafe about getting in because there was sediment and it looked like gross

Rooms where clean, beds where comfortable, and it was quite. Location was convenient to family house only 7 minutes away

They didn't accommodate us for Thursday 7/3 and we were charged full price even though we didn't check in until 1am on Friday. Also didn't like how close it was to the woods

We were there long enough it was starting to feel like home. Very comfortable, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had to ask for towels a couple times and they were provided immediately.

We stayed in a suite and it would have been a little more comfortable if there was a TV in front of the couch. The TV in front of the bed swiveled but you had to sit at an angle to see it. We weren't in the room for any length of time so it wasn't that bad.
