It was clean, location was great, price was great.

They have free breakfast which is great and one reason we chose this property but they only had a full breakfast 2 days out of the full week we stayed. They ran out of most everything by the third day and asked people to not eat as much. It was the 4th of July week so they should know they will have a full amount of visitors in the area. Don’t offer a free breakfast if you can’t feed everyone or have everything in stock. Also there was a huge family who stayed in the hotel who played loud music first thing in the morning and partying as early as 8am. I am all about a good time but not about waking up to windows shaking due to the music and a parking lot full of people smoking pot and drinking as early as 8am.

Very convenient to places. Dog friendly hotel. Breakfast available, Cathy had it hot and ready every day. Made it great every day. The two days she was off, the other staff lady ( can not remember her name)did awesome also. Housekeeping prompt prompt. Just exchanged towels out due to dogs. Staff friendly. Jacuzzi room is awesome!

I loved that it was in Branson city right in the heart of it, very nice staff, very good breakfast

The shower was a little dirty, smudges on the walls and stuff. Plus the pool was very dirty. There was hair in the water from previous people, there was algae on the floor and just very slippery and gross. Made the water look green.

The indoor pool was open and clean. The room was cool and large enough to move around in. The staff were super friendly and helpful! The older lady that did breakfast on Sunday was the nicest attendant ever!

The hot tub was down. The bathtub was a bit slippery. The hot water did not have that magic warm spot it was either too spicy or too chill.

Check in was a breeze, staff was super friendly. Overall was a very pleasant little family vacation!

I was a bit disappointed to learn the hot tub was not working. But they said she were just waiting for the part to get it fixed.

We went for the pool and hot tub. They were out of service while we were there. The common areas were dirty.

Booking messed up and gave my personal information to the hotel, which caused me to get charged twice, but the hotel lady got it fixed, and I was refunded the money.

BREAKFAST ARE SO GOOD AND THE COOK SHE IS SO PLEASANT .I WILL BE STAYING AGAIN FO SURE .OVERRALL BREAKFAST IS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IN OUR STAY .THANK YOU TEAM

AT FIRST ROOM THEY OFFERED US A ROOM THAT SUPPOSED TO BE NON SMOKING BUT I CAN SMELLS CIGARRITES SO I ASKED ANOTHER ROOM , THEY ARE VERY ACCOMODATING SO IM HAPPY ABOUT IT .

The breakfast was good. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were clean but our elevator was kind of dirty.

It was a good location. Pretty easy to get everywhere. Making a right out of the parking lot was easy but turning left was sometimes difficult.

The location was great! Located right on the strip. Loved the breakfast buffet selections and the food tasted amazing.

Hot tub was not working due to being down for Maintenance.
