I liked the comfort and location. Nothing was more than fifteen minutes away by vehicle.The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick. It was nice having breakfast options when I didn't have time to go to a diner. The bed was nice and clean, surfaces were clearly wiped down, the bathroom was clean and the shower water pressure was good enough. The mini fridge was perfect for storing a small amount of food and drink. I always love having in-room coffee.

The floor had some dust and debris. It was not a lot, but the vacuuming could've been better. They do have a washer and dryer. The washer was full of someone's clothing but no one was there, the dryer was not working. I had to go to a Laundromat and I was happier for it. They need to transition away from the single use little plastic bottles of shampoo and conditioner and plastic wrapped soaps.

I was skeptical at first just because of my past bad experiences with a few hotels I’ve stayed at recently and from the looks of the lobby seemed a little older but to my surprise this place exceeded my expectations by far!! It was clean, quiet, the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in and pillows were amazing and I’m talking 4 star hotels that I’m comparing!!! You can’t beat the value either!! Very nice room. Pleasantly suprised!!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Great value for the money. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast small but hey its there.

Breakfast was just a breakfast sandwich or cereal.... no fruits or veggies. Also the jacuzzi had a leak that would soak half the floor when used.

The room was good, very nice

There was hair on some things like the couch and the sheets maybe the cleaners don’t pull there hair back or vacuum certain places, also the matteress was very indented they should change that.

The location was good, we were close to all attractions.

The bathroom could be upgraded, especially the shower curtains. There seem to be a little musty smell in the room and corridor. Also the tv was small.

Friendly and quiet atmosphere. Perfect spot for an overnight outing. Bedding and towels were clean and neatly folded.

AC unit kept having power blips. Ahower light did not work.

The location was perfect for where I was going. Bed was comfortable, room good-sized. On first floor, which was good.

No microwave in room. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Breakfast very weak.

Some of the reviews were not good. I have no idea why. I’d highly recommend it. Was the location near fast food orShopping ? No. But who cares. I was visiting family. Was the breakfast the best ever? No but it was sufficient. When the waffle mix was empty, some guests mumbled about it. I asked the front desk and they were happy to fill it. Sometimes I think people like to complain. This is not the Hyatt. But it provided all I needed at a fraction of the cost.

very quiet, roomy suite, plenty of parking with a truck and trailer, clean, no cobwebs in room, bed and pillows were very comfy

shower head was not the most comfortable water flow

Quite not a lot of people did not get bothered by staff

Front desk need to have a better front desk system so that can go faster
