This is definitely a flagship property for the chain - nothing against the Days inn brand but I've stayed at many different locations under their logo and have come to expect very little other than a middle of the list place to stay the night if I'm in a hurry and on a budget- however I have stayed here several times now when visiting Cherokee and have been pleasantly surprised each stay! Exceptionally clean, recently renovated, perfect beds, and warm/personable staff have me reconsidering my perception of the entire Days inn chain. This is becoming the first place I check for available rooms when planning a trip to Cherokee.

Outside room access - everything else is perfect here. Really the best value in Cherokee

Room was very clean and smelled fresh, bed really comfy and AC blew really cold air. Staff was really friendly and young lady that worked the morning was as sweet as she could be! The location to the Casino was fantastic, a old fellow like myself could walk there in about 5 mins! Overall enjoyable stay!

Water pressure in the shower was pitiful, i was there for only 2 days and felt like it wasn't worth telling the staff for the hotel is older and the problem just exist.

The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect walking distance to the Casino only taking a few minutes. The breakfast was adequate with waffles. cereal both hot and cold, and fruit.

Bed was way too high off the floor. I am 5'1" and 76 years old. I needed a step stool onto a chair to get onto the bed. The carpet was filthy - filthy. The in-soles of my shoes were black and had to be trashed. Shoes ruined.

v ery convenient for event for event center or casino (if that's your thing).Beds were very comfortable.We felt safe walking to and from our show.

Nothing. The park was closed due to weather and we had to go around on I40.Not a bad ride.Going to park in winter can be challenging.Be patient and stay alert.

Not much of a continental breakfast, needs updated floors, lamps and bathroom, had to turn the shower on cold first then slowly go to hot or the shower would make a whining noise the whole time, only 1 ice machine (on the bottom floor and opposite side of the hotel)

I liked the waffle maker, good coffee. But no eggs or meat or pastries . Very skimpy but ok when in a hurry .

This was a choice simply to be close to the Cherokee casino and it’s directly across the street. Also weekend rate way better than casino’s. But it could use a little pressure washing and some updates but just cosmetic. Room was decent so I would stay again.

My sister and I went there for an overnight stay for her birthday. We were right across from the casino, the hotel was good, staff and all. The breakfast wasn't all that great, but we overlooked that part because all else was okay.

I'm sure the hotel could work on their breakfast, the bed was a little firm but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Shower head terrible/water pressure, had to run around in the shower to get wet.

The price, easy location to the cassino, check in/out was very pleasant, and parking. Microwave and mini refrigerator was nice.

The rooms are your standard hotel rooms. Could use some upgrades. Notice the rooms could use better cleaning. The bathroom floor had spots that needed to be swept and mop. Extra dusting was needed. Door was difficult to open and shut. Only 2 pillows per bed!! We checked out at 6am. Little disappointed there was no coffee at that time.

Location is great. Right across the road from the casino. Late checkin attendant was gracious and super nice. The room was clean. No bad smells. Decent hotel rates.

The walk ways and stairs surrounding the hotel is filthy. Really really dirty. The alcoves to the stairwells housed and held the dirty linens. In the guests sight. Yuck!!!! Cigarette butts all over-/- 🤮 Altho im grateful for police presence… this location was super busy with police presence at the hotel property, which made it concerning. I never felt unsafe tho~
