The location is great. The property has been updated and looked very nice. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good especially the waffles. They could actually benefit from one more waffle machine in addition to the one they have. Our in room phone did not appear to work properly. I tried calling the front desk a few times. I could hear them but they could not hear me. The grounds are nice and well landscaped. The hydrangeas are absolutely gorgeous.

The floors in the bathroom have a tendency to be slippery upon exiting the shower. Our in room phone did not seem to be working correctly.

You can't beat the mountain views it was gorgeous! Wasn't very expensive around $100 from the night. You got a nice warm breakfast 🥞🍳. The beds were fluffy. Also family friendly and I believe pet friendly too I'm not positive I would maybe call to double check that I'm pretty sure I saw a dog or two.

Our frigerator wasn't working but luckily we had a cooler and I just utilized the ice machine for one night it wasn't a big deal. The pool was nice for the kiddos unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working that would have been nice after the long drive.

Breakfast was good, many choices were provided. The room was clean, the beds were so comfortable and sheets were spotless! We didn't use the pool or exercise room. Hotel was quiet, parking lot could use a few more handicap parking spots, if you don't get here early in the evening, you will not get one. We have stayed here several times and whenever we plan a trip here, we always look for this hotel! Perfect location, safe location, clean rooms, comfy beds/pillows, good breakfast!! What more could you ask for!!!

There could be a few more handicap parking spots. If you arrive late in the evening, they are already taken.

Location was great. Breakfast is quite good. Good selections offered.

This is not the hotels fault but the festival grounds was having a squat truck event. The festival grounds are next to the hotel. A lot of vehicles were parked in the parking lot that did not have a parking pass. This took away space from paying customers. The people attending this event were quite loud and caused a lot of noise for those of us looking for a quiet getaway.

Great staff, hotel newly remodeled, and large TV. It’s right in the middle of town and close to winter skiing, snow boarding, Waynesville’s cute little main street with cute little shops and restaurants. and just close enough to The Blue Ridge Parkway, Smokey Mountain National Park, elk sightings, and the Cherokee Casino.

The breakfast was great, plenty of food. The Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Room was clean and furnishing looked great.

Well, this is the first hotel I've stayed in where the sink/vanity was in the entryway instead of the bathroom. This is a problem if you want to shower and shave while someone else is sleeping. Also, the picture of the Hotel even in this survey is not a picture of the actual hotel which is a little misleading

Breakfast offered all of the choices that we enjoy. Appreciated wrapped plastic ware utensils, Lipton tea bags, hot foods hot an cold items refrigerated, the server was helpful and cheerful.

The only suggestion I have is a towel bar beside the lavatory to hang a hand towel on. Having a freezer section in the room refrigerator would be helpful.

Took the bikes to Maggie Valley, NC. Visited the motorcycle museum "Wheels Through Time" The Comfort Inn was extremely accommodating to the motorcycle folks that were there. In the morning, they would place a container out with dry, clean towels to wipe the seats & windshields. That was extremely helpful, Thank You Comfort Inn Maggie Valley, NC👍

We stayed a couple nights. And had to get new keys 3 or 4 times. Just a slight inconvenience 🤷

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE STAFF!!!!! Asia and Karla/ Carla made my life sooooooo easy for the 12 weeks I stayed there. They were the absolute best with customer service and over exceeding my expectations. Thank you so much!!

At times noise level do to different events in the area.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff was excellent. The breakfast had everything you could want for a meal. Our room was ready when we arrived and was clean and comfortable. I can't say enough about the staff and the accommodations. We will defintely stay here again.
