Have stayed here many years love the location and the ease of getting to the stock show

Due to a problem, which was not the hotel’s fault I had to book an extra day at the beginning of my stay. I wanted to make sure I could stay in the same room. Everyone I talked to was extremely pleasant and assured me that that could be done, however I had to talk to six people because as the next shift came on apparently there was poor communication no communication or miscommunication Because it was a nightmare. It all worked out fine and we had a great time, but it was very stressful for a while.

Close to NRG can walk to stock show

We had an unusual situation and I had to repeat my story to six different people. Every one of them said no problem but then when I have the next one came on duty, it was a problem. It was very stressful when I’m trying to get small children and cows ready to show at the stock show I do not need. Do you have to keep dealing with the situation that was supposed to be dealt with weeks before I got here

Property was fine.

Refrigerator was shown as an amenity in the room. Room did not have one upon check in. Requested one and was told none was available which I later found out to not be the truth. Room rate changed from day one to day two. Inquired upon check out and was told it wasn’t done by them but by booking.com This practice is the “equivalent to “bait and switch” and had I known that in advance, I would have elected to stay elsewhere !!

The staff accommodated my personal situation..I have a son with special needs and I asked for a room in first floor and she was able to give me a room in first floor and very very close to main entrance. This gave me peace of mind should I need to call ambulance for whatever reason. My son is also epileptic. I truly thank you for doing this.

The only complaint I have is the no ice machine in first floor and the one in 2nd floor didn't even work.

Near NRG Stadium as we were there for The Nutcracker Market. The manager was very, very nice and accommodating.

Our door to the balcony of our first floor room was not locked when we arrived. We had quite a time locking it which resulted on our having to slam it really hard. Our TV didn’t work and there was no one to repair it. They did offer us another room but we were already ready for bed and didn’t want to switch.

When I come in town to see my son that goes to TxSu I love to stay here because most times the price is right the rooms are spacious and it's not to far from the school. It's exactly right off the bridge and the staff is always amazing. Love this place.

The hotel is not updated. It is old and when you walk into the lobby it smell like they mop with an old mop head. I would recommend to add a unique scent or fragrance for your lobby as that is a person's first impression of the hotel.

If you come to the city to an event at the NRG and have no car, this is the perfect location. In maps it appears it´s a 15 minute walk but its practically almost beside the stadium. I stayed here for Taylor Swift´s Eras Tour and it was the perfect location, they also had a picture set up for swifties, snacks and drinks, which made it more special. The rooms are good, comfortable.

Due to the shows, the hotel was completely full, so I would think there was staff missing. The breakfast is okay but is a little small, and not very diverse in options, and it is not included on the nights, which is kind of a let down. I don´t know if the prices went up due to the concerts and its perfect location, but I think it was a little overpriced, considering the breakfast not included and the standard rooms.

When we arrived, the girl at the front counter was extremely nice. She upgraded our room at no fee because she said they had to move some things and the room originally booked was no longer available. The next morning I went to breakfast and the restaurant manager and hotel manager both greeted me upon arrival. The manager even asked if I went to the Taylor Swift concert the night before. The restaurant manager even held a conversation with me about my necklace.

The elevator on our floor wasn't working correctly. It wouldn't send an elevator when you pressed down. The night we arrived was also the night of the first Taylor Swift show. Many people were blocking the entrance to the hotel parking lot. I think the security they had working there should have patrolled the people and kept them from blocking the parking lot. Also think they should had someone guiding you where to park. However, this is a freak occurrence and they were not fully aware of what was expected from the concert.

The hotel is next door to a very reasonably priced chicken-wing sports bar. We walked to/from the nearby NRG Stadium and enjoyed the beautiful weather and scenery and felt very safe on the approximate 15 minute walk. The king sized bed seemed even bigger than our king bed at home and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets to snuggle on the couch. Angela, the staff person that helped us check in, was FABULOUS! She told us about the area, helped us get the perfect room for our stay and encouraged us to relax and enjoy our vacation. We have stayed at many other locations, but this absolutely was the best value for the quality property. When I "needed" a Diet Coke, but had no cash, she presented me with the soda and charged it to our room - no problem. I HIGHLY recommend this location and can't praise the staff enough. Our thanks to them!

Everything was excellent.

The property was great. We took advantage of the great breakfast buffet, loved there was a bar open late on the property. We went to the rodeo and we loved how close the property was to the venue!

Our room never got fresh or cold so we didn’t sleep well as it felt warm, humid and stuffy.
