I liked how friendly and welcoming the staff was. The room was spacious, having a little living room area. The little wall sconce was cute in the bathroom and made my shower more relaxing as I did not have to use the big light to see. The price was worth the stay.

I didn't like that the AC/heat wouldn't turn on.

Excellent breakfast. When air-conditioning Wasn't functioning right they fixed it right away. Perfect.

Carpets in room 307 were dirty and wheni showered there was standing water in the tub.

The front desk said breakfast was from 7-10am and closed the breakfast area 10 minutes before it was time to close. Some people were not allowed to eat breakfast that morning

I did not like that one of the elevators would go out of order at random times. On the bright side no one ever got stuck on it.

Night Time Front Desk Associate was most kind, accommodating and encouraging. She was a middle aged, black woman.

The hotel was very clean not only on the inside but the outside was just as clean and curb appealing. Kyle(the front desk clerk)is a very professional and welcoming young man. Whenever we stay here he always make my family and I feel like family.

The one thing I absolutely hate is there are no microwaves in the rooms. Paying all that money and not having a microwave is something I've never understand with these 2 Hampton Inn properties located in Memphis, Tennessee.

Good location and easy to get to and then get to my meeting. The breakfast was not very good.

On breakfast they use all disposable utensils (plates, forks, knives, spoons, etc.). That is a lot of waste, that's not eco-friendly.
