The rooms were clean and stocked with Dove soap and shampoo! The staff was superb and immensely kind and interacted very well with our young children and the cook went out of her way and made pancakes both mornings specifically for my children without us even having to ask she just heard them say they liked pancakes. The woman at the front desk was very engaged with us and was interested in our trip to the zoo and museum and listened intently when my children talked about their favorite things. The wonderful staff made our family trip that much better! 10 out 10 all the way around!

All aspects of the stay in the hotel were very good if we were taking the price for its value. The location is perfect if you travel by car. The personnel were cheerful and helpful, The room was pretty big (we took two separate queen-size beds) and very clean and comfy. The breakfast was good, especially the pancakes, fruits and yogurt

Hotel being some distance from the city centre taking us some 30 minutes in blazing sun passing the celebrated Sun Studios to witness the ducks evening march at Peabody Hotel before sampling the real American cuisine at the diner nearby.

My TV remote control didn't work, nor did the manual volume knobs on the TV in room 311. I informed the front desk of this issue and was told someone would be up shortly; no one came to resolve the issue. I was unable to watch TV during my stay. There was no garbage cans in the room.

Location was good! Security in the parking lot all night. Beds were comfy & room was clean. Staff was super friendly. Especially the ladies that serve breakfast. Satisfied overall, good room for the price I paid!

See and Chenelle made an awesome breakfast for all that we’re running the st Jude Marathon. They made sure everything was delicious and even had to go options for us. Very friendly and a positive way to start the day!

This is our second stay at this hotel. We loved it so much we had to go back! The staff are so amazingly friendly! Zee, who does the breakfast is phenomenal. Not only is the breakfast delicious, she is extremely friendly. Her biscuits and gravy are the best!! I loved chatting with her at breakfast. This hotel will be our go to in Memphis.

There wasn't much food for breakfast... out of several items, and they were not restocked. When I book hotels, I look for the breakfast option... very disappointed with this hotel.

It was perfectly located - just minutes away from Beale Street and Graceland. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish they had was a hot tub. That would have been great after a long day of sightseeing.

We came for the St. Jude Marathon and we’re pleased the location and the staff. From check in to checkout they were all great! Shout out to Zee! Extremely personable, engaging and met the needs of the runners! She went above and beyond!!

The A/C rattled and made it somewhat difficult to sleep.
