I think everything was amazing! I really want to give a big shout out to Connor, he really helped us when he was on call at the desk! My friend and I are both visually impaired and he was able to come up and help us with things like the TV and getting to our room when we checked in and just everything and that made it an amazing stay knowing thatthere was somebody there that cared enough to help us out and not just point and tell us to go. On Sunday morning very early. I want to give another shout out to Abby, she was able to get us an extended check out and when I called in the morning because we needed a couple more hours, she was able to accommodate that as well, she will never know how helpful that was to me!

There was no pool

The location was perfect and was within walking distance of the event I attended. The staff was welcoming and greeted me very professionally. The room was clean and the variety of breakfast provided was great.

I did not realize there was an outdoor patio area on the 2nd floor until I was checking out. I wish I had known it was available during my stay because it was very well managed, inviting and would have been perfect to relax in during the evening. I would recommend putting signage up in the elevators so that anyone who isn't going to the 2nd floor knows that there is an awesome outdoor patio on that floor.

Everything that hotel was clean everywhere. Rooms were very nice, beds comfortable. There's a bar for happy hour that's good. Staff was great!! Breakfast was really good. View from room was great too!!

The coffee isn't good & there's no variety of cream or sugars like they didn't have sugar in the raw for ppl who don't use refined sugars or diet sweeteners. They should carry agave syrup for those who can't have sweetener & hhave mon dairy creamer for lactose intolerant ppl.

Room was beautiful, amazing views of the parking lot, I am a people watcher. The waffle maker was awesome and great option toppings. I liked how there was an Almond Milk option. The bar is an added plus.

My back hurt from the bed, maybe I am not used to how soft the bed is. I think it needs to be taken out to be honest. The breakfast could have had more options, the fruits was obviously canned (too much syrup),as much as we pay it should be fresh cut fruits. Not enough alcohol options.

I did not receive the room I booked but when asked to change rooms the staff was on it quickly. They had me in my new room within the hour.

The shower doors do not close. I had two rooms and neither closed which led to puddles on the bathroom floor. Also, I used the pull out sofa bed but housekeeping did not make it.

The room we booked was a Deluxe King Suite which we found to be spacious and very comfortable. We particularly liked the layout of the room. We had stayed here before, several years ago, and we weren't disappointed on this occasion. The breakfast was good and there was a, relatively, good selection. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall which we found quite convenient

We were disappointed to find that single use plastic and polystyrene was used at breakfast. Not very eco friendly!

My room definitely exceed my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed my room (especially the tub overlooking the street lol) I will absolutely stay here again whenever I come back to the Short Pump area. The check in process was smooth and the gentleman that helped me was very nice.

PSA: This is something VERY trivial and a personal wish of mine!!!!! I wish you guys had a pool here! lol

Hotel and room was very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was a little boring. Would have liked more choice. But overall it was OK. Room was OK, but the air conditioning unit was extremely loud at times and prevented me getting a good nights sleep. Also found the shower gel was empty on my arrival.

I loved the location. It is attached to an outdoor mall which was nice. Also all the plazas that surrounded the hotel you really didn’t have to drive outside of the area for any which was also a nice perk.

My only complaint was that the room was really cold. As much as I fiddled with the thermostat it still would stay pretty cool in the room until the point I had to put in a few layers.

The location of the Hyatt House was Great. The King Suite was Great with the Bedroom separate from the Living Room and the Kitchenette were Great. Everyone was Great and the Shopping Center is Great.

Everyone was Great. The Shopping Center and Local Restaurants nearby were Great. The King suite was Great. The linen was Great. The thickness of the wash cloths, bath towels were Great. I Had a Great Time.
