Location lobby and halls were very clean. The rooms also were very clean. Everything appeared to be new or well maintained. Nothing was in a state of disrepair. A/C system was quiet and the temperature was controlable by a wall mounted thermostat. Breakfast was very good and CLEAN. The young lady at the front desk in the P.M was outstanding. Parking lot and inside area's were well lit. You pay a bit more here but you get your monies worth. I will stop here again on future trips to NY.

Full service breakfast to choose from conveniently located across from the elevator in the main lobby. Call very clean and lots of seating.

There was nothing I didn't like about the breakfast. They offered a variety of fruit, cereal, eggs, potatoes, bacon, juices, and coffee or tea. You could even make your own waffle!

Breakfast was very good. Room accommodations were perfect and clean. Staff were very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in our comfort.

Vehicle noise across the street in the vacant parking lot was very annoying and disturbing. In addition, potential guests who showed up at about 3:15 am, were very loud and obnoxious. The person at the front desk appeared to be threatened and it seemed to be an unsafe situation. She shouldn't have been alone in the facility and should have called the police. (My husband went to the lobby to determine what the noise was all about.) We felt badly for the receptionist and for her safety.

Corey at front desk was outstanding. He should give a national course in how to treat customers! Breakfast was OK. Good eggs and sausage but would have liked to see fresh fruit and/or yogurts.

Hotel seems a bit dated. Carpets need refreshing, no choice of attractive restaurants nearby.

This was actually our second stay here in the past year. Easy on and off the highway, about six hours from home and a nice resting point. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast to start the rest of our travel south.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself but not much else around for entertainment

The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were even better. The room was clean and comfy all around.

The windows had a set of sheer curtains with just some side panel curtains that didn't close to cover the window. There is a large billboard sign outside with lights on it, so it was a little difficult to sleep until those lights went off late at night.

This Inwood, West Virginia hotel offers a free breakfast and free high-speed internet access. The Air National Guard and the Pikeside Bowl are minutes from this hotel.

There is nothing to say, because in reality everything was very good and I liked everything. The best of all because it was the perfect place to stay.

staff member checking us in was exceptionally accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed. She made sure my friend's dietary needs were met. I just wish i could remember her name. it was a great one-night stay. thank you.

Location was perfect for our needs. We did not have breakfast but did grab a couple muffins and coffee for the road which were good.

We were perfectly satisfied with everything - no complaints at all.

Location right off I95, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, restaurants close by, comfortable beds, great refrigerator. Exercise room was nice. Even have guests laundry!
