Breakfast was excellent. Scrambled eggs nice and fresh, bacon was good too. Plenty to eat and lots of options. Only downside was no bananas and I'd like mugs for coffee. Parking adequate and, although on a main road junction, it was set back enough to be quiet. Room was large with big double bed. All staff friendly, courteous and helpful.

Decor in bathroom a bit tired, coathook on back of bathroom door a bit bodged although not loose. Floor in bathroom uneven and loose floorboard.

Room: We asked for a ground floor room near to reception which we were given - thank you for accommodating our needs. Very clean and airy. Good size with a sofa and chairs. Clean bathroom. Bed: Clean and comfortable Breakfast: Choice of hot and cold food. Juice, coffee teas.

Breakfast: First morning - only two sausages left. Second morning, No orange juice left and the fried eggs were very dried up. Apart from that a good choice and all good.

Staff v helpful & informative; big bed; 24 hour facilities nearby; close to family; great Power shower with option of bath also; big room; quiet; solitude appreciated; good deal for value/price; comfy; close to amenities;

Nectar points offered Online through Booking not honoured/known about by staff; partner booked in advance to join but dropped out last minute & I was offered free cancellation on reservation but when explained it was just me alone instead: no change/reduction in price?!? Asked but told at Reception that flat rate regardless of adult total per room?! Was quoted different few weeks before Online?! Noise from Generator outside all night so couldn't have window open overnight only as noise sensitive; curtains let in light V slightly at bottom by sill & am light sensitive! Only 1 sachet of caffeinated coffee: rest - de-caff!

The location. A 10-15 minute walk into Arundel town. A 5 minute walk to the train station. A bus stop just outside the adjacent Costa. The room was comfortable. The shower was good. Free parking. Neighbouring McDonald's. A Beefeater 5 minutes away. The Arundel Taphouse was 5 minutes in the other direction. Good ales, an adjacent food truck with delicious poke bowls and a cookie stall.

Sometimes the travelling motorbikes were loud.

Emma, and Craig were on duty mostly that and gave an excellent service. We place at the front of building to the quite rear side thanks to Emma.

People allowed to talk at the seated area in the early hours at the front where everyone had to close their windows on the hottest week of the year was not good. Some people asked to be quite, the ignored.

The staff were wonderful, the room was very comfy. . Th e staff were very welcoming and helpful

he cooked breakfast, I skipped. It did not seem very appetising. The hotel is a good bit outside of town and the roads to there are a tad difficult to negotiate as the pavement changed from side to side along the way and road out there was very busy with traffic. Having said that once, I was there it was perfect

The breakfast was very good. Location with the noise coming from McDonald's /shop area got a bit noisy at times.

The bath /shower was a bit small. Every time you turn around in the shower the shower curtain would go with you as it would cling on to you. Folding bath panels would solve the problem.

The bed was comfortable The shower was very good lovely pressure best shower I think I've ever had .

Although a very good shower could not turn off Tubb completely so dripped all the time. The fan in the bathroom dough was on it was not working properly. Everything was constantly wet. The radiator kept clicking all night, and there was cobwebs under the lampshades. No porridge for the continental breakfast and only scrambled eggs for breakfast and the towel rail set the alarm off, but nobody came to check

Excellent, perfect for a pit stop, staff were helpful and room was clean and comfortable.

Only problem was that access and exit involved a long period waiting due to the line of cars waiting to go through the McDonald drive through and waiting to join the main road. Not a fault to be found with the accommodation but 3/4 hour wait to leave the garage site.

Breakfast poor, sorry bacon and sausage poor quality, continual consisted of ham and cheese (one of each) and some danish pastry, To get to hotel you drive through petrol station and join McDonald drive through queue 🙈 for some reason around 2.30am someone decided to keep sounding their horn 🙈 Bar might be open all day but one ipa and Guinness not much choice
