Great facilities, nice scenery and friendly staff

The all-inclusive package isn’t worth it because they then give you a restricted menu to choose from - which defeats the purpose of paying extra for an all-inclusive package.

The over water villa was so nice.

The swimming pool cover wasn’t that private the other over water villa can see you, this wasn’t so nice to be honest that’s what I didn’t like. But, everything was so nice the only thing I didn’t like is what’s above.

The resort was truly amazing with all the services needed in an extremely inviting tropical ambiance. The staff were genuinely friendly and available 24/7. The villa were spotless. The restaurants were variable and very delicious.

Room is exactly as shown and as you would expect, very clean, luminous and spacious. Very quiet and peaceful.

Bathroom had a bad water smell coming from the drainage. Breakfast can be definitely improved, restaurant manager came and asked if we would like to have eggs (omelette etc...) so we placed our order, minutes after another staff member came and said that they cannot do it without giving any reason why.... That was disappointing as the staff are the ones who approached us in the first place to order. All in all the breakfast options variety is poor imo compared to the room rate and to other resorts in the same category.

Great place, nice and helpful staff, nice location and facilities. We really enjoy and for sure we will come back. We stayed in 1 bed beach villa with pool. From the day we arrived till we went home the staff was amazing. Thank you.

Even the booking say no prepayment needed they charge you for one night on day when your cancellation option expire. Beach need more attention and areas around villas on the beach side need more landscaping. Maybe little bit overpriced based that beach is not ready. No option to rent the boat or any water sports. Mosquitos are annoying but hotel offer electric devices for room so no issues inside, bring your repellent spray.

The location of the house was fantastic—right on the beach with a stunning pool overlooking the sea. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of the stay. We did have a few minor issues during our time there, but they were resolved quickly and efficiently. The highlight, without a doubt, was the staff. Everyone, from the reception team to the restaurant staff and the maintenance crew, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a beachfront getaway.

There wasn’t much to dislike, but even though the pool was heated, it still felt a bit too cold for us to swim comfortably. Other than that, there was nothing significant to mention—it was overall a pleasant stay.

I received my room right on time at 3 PM. The room was clean, well-organized, and had a thoughtful touch with two cakes labeled "Welcome" and "Happy Birthday." The view from the room and overall service were great. The breakfast area was located by the beach, offering a lovely view. The coffee at breakfast was quite good.

Upon arrival, I noticed a cleaner’s buggy with trash bags outside and cleaning tools in the corridor, which gave an impression that the room might not be ready. The breakfast quality was disappointing, with food options that were cold and bland. The coffee machine in my room wasn’t working and could use replacement.

The villa is really beautiful, and the privacy

The electricity in the villa we booked had a problem it kept switching off and on.

if I could give 100+, I would give it. We stayed as a family in a villa with one room and everything is at the highest level. The room is equipped with absolutely everything you need. The private yard and pool is only for your villa. We had all-in services and I can't describe enough the food we had the opportunity to eat. Everything was incredibly tasty, plentiful and beautifully served. What I must emphasize is the kindness of absolutely all employees. Many should learn from you how to respect and appreciate guests. Keep up the good work, we will visit you again.

I stayed in a private walled-in villa which was decorated with warmth and exquisite comfort.

On one particular day the entire facility lost power for the entire day. I suspect due to the construction ongoing on this particular island? Nonetheless I work remote without power no WiFi, Internet this isn't possible so this was the first issue. Because I didn't get paid. No hot water so we had to go elsewhere to shower, no television or anything else to occupy time so money had to be spent to do so. I expected a free day. But that didn't happen
