Great place to stay in Dubai. Friendly staff, the on-site arabic restaurant was good but a bit expensive (there is also an indian restaurant which I did not have the chance to try) Loved the room and great view on Burj Khalifa and skyline

Not the fault of the hotel obviously, but it's quite difficult to get anywhere at some times during the day. There is only one bus line stopping in front of the hotel, which often gets stuck in traffic. Metro is not within walking distance.

Staff were on point, anything we asked and it was doable they always try their best to comply so I was very greatful. Thank you. I would like to thank the security guy named GURSEV he was very nice and helpful as he called a taxi for us and took out our luggage. Thank you very much man, really appreciated. Please I will really kindly ask Alkhoory Hotel Courtyard who ever is on charge to make sure he receive this message because he seemed like a very good man so he deserved to be known. Thanks again.

Wifi could be a bit better, because whenever we made a wattsap phone/video call, the signal was pretty bad.

I had such a lovely stay at Al Khoory Courtyard Hotel and honestly couldn’t recommend it more. I was in Dubai for work, and the hotel created the perfect atmosphere to focus and feel at ease at the same time. It was quiet, comfortable, and had all the little things that made a big difference during a busy schedule. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully designed and really well maintained — it has a calm, relaxing vibe throughout. The staff were so kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. They truly went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, which I really appreciated. I made the most of the gym and sauna, and the outdoor pools were such a highlight — they were spacious enough that it never felt crowded, even with other guests around. There are three restaurants on-site (all with great options), and the 24/7 room service was super handy after long days. If you’re visiting Dubai — whether for work or leisure — and want somewhere that combines comfort, convenience, and outstanding service, I’d definitely recommend staying here. I’ll absolutely be back!

The only thing I’d add as a suggestion - more water, as I had a refill for the kettle but wasn’t sure if I was able to drink it. I also had a couple of days where it wasn’t refilled.

The hotel is not 4 stars hotel. It’s five stars hotel .. everything was wonderful from the beginning till the end of my stay .. the stuff was very supportive and cooperative. I would like to thanks ms.Sushmita, her beautiful smile is make you relax and comfort .. every morning just i go to lobby to tale my coffee in coffee Matters and see Sushmita smile.. Sushmite, thanks so much for your great service and support. The hotel is clean and comfortable, have amazing swimming pool..with great atmosphere

Communication is not fun with the hotel. Dubai is an International City and people arrive 24/7 , so asked for early check in since my arrival time was 6am but…! -_- Hotel asked me to Pay in advance to confirm booking then had to wat to get a room!! They informed me I should wait till 2pm! Why would anyone wait in lobby from 7-2 。

The food was terrible, did not like the restaurants on the hotel.

Great value for money the facilities were lovely, good breakfast beautiful pool and amazing views from the bedroom. We even received a cake for my husbands birthday which was a nice touch.

I had pre booked 2 rooms which I had requested interconnecting rooms as we had our young children with us. They gave us 1 room with a king bed and a sofa. I later paid for an extra room which was next door but no interconnected. So my husband and I slept in different rooms so we had a child each. At breakfast we were made to feel like the kids were too noisy when other guest arrived. And at the pool the kids were told to stay to stay in the kids pool even though they can swim which was a little frustrating because there was no one else in the pool.

Great location 8 min from Business bay or Downtown or 15 min to Marina or JBR. Hotel have perfect big rooms, huge bathroom, big LCD, very tasty 2 restaurants! Price range 50% less expensive among others! Including food and drinks! Very cosy swimming pool with marvellous views to Burj Khalifa and Downtown! Very nice sauna! Its a real 4 star hotel. Free shuttle to the beach and many others good things! All staff are very polite and helpful! I feel like my home!

We really liked the hotel. There was an easy way to get to the main center of the Dubai. The hotel was really cozy and the stuff was amazing. The pool looks like on the pics, in the evening even better. Last day we checked out at 12:00 but our flight was in 20:00. The stuff let us leave our lauggage in the hotel for free.

The theme and freshness of the hotel with bamboo and tree/wood decor everywhere. Shower was particularly good with high pressure and room facilities great also. Checkout receptionist was extremely helpful as were all reception staff and particularly the doorman.

breakfast was disappointing as low quality when compared to other similar rated hotels. Meat cuts were cheapest, breads were only white, limited fruit and other choice for example no hummus.

The receptionist April was brilliant from the start. I really appreciate that she allowed me to check in early due the airline loosing my luggage I was very upset. She catered for me accordingly. Shower was brilliant. Upon check out was very smooth.

The rook was very cold even with the air con off it wasn’t comfortable and not having windows looking outside wasn’t very nice.
