Cleanliness & location

My partner arrived before me but wasn't allowed to check in, as they needed my physical ID for verification. I offered to send a photo and show it in person shortly, but she had to wait in the lobby until a senior staff member intervened. Surprising treatment for a regular guest. Overall its a great place

CHECKING-OUT FROM ROOM NUMBER:605,IN ALOFT DUBAI SOUTH,EARLY FOR ONLY A WEEK (FROM “23-07-2023” TO “29-07-2023”) IS THE PART WHICH I HAVE HATED. WISHED I COULD HAVE STAYED MORE LONGER. FELT,TIME CALIBERATED QUICKLY THAN IT SHOULD.

I reached earlier than my check in time but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They provided me early breakfast and also arranged a room for me super quickly. My sincere shout-out to Nikita in particular, she went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and making the arrangements super quick and easy. She definitely deserves a raise.

Absolutely nothing.

Convenient for a stop over before flying from DWC airport. Shuttlebus was easy accessible. I could contact the Hotel in WhatsApp and they sent the driver immediately. Also loved the fact, that they have usb plugs in the room.

Wouldn‘t choose it for more than one night, as the area is pretty rural. Only 3 hotels next to each other (a loft, Holiday inn and staybridge suites).

The Staff was very friendly and helpful, overall conditions were perfect and the whole environment was great

there was a bad smell at the restaurant and the parking lot exit was confusing when I tried to go Left the ground white line was closing the exit to the left

Excellent room, design interior, lighting. A room with 2 bathrooms is amazing. Absolutely better than other hotels near by. Free convenient shuttle from and to the airport. Big portions are in the restaurant. Thank you for early check up. Excellent staff.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are welcoming the service was very good. The hotel is located near to DWC Al msktoum Airport its far from the city for 30 minutes but the stay was very nice

The place was cool far from the city

the hotel is great. The location is a bit far from everything but you have all the basic amenities you might need in the hotel. Its better to go here if you are driving they do provide a shuttle however to the nearest metro station which is 20 minutes away.

It was a short stay , only a few hours to sleep. Everything was good, airport transfer was with no waiting time, driver was waiting for us. Clean and fresh in the room and around hotel. Staff is friendly.

Don’t have anything to complain about.

this is the 5th time (or so) that I stay in the property and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a funky, lifestyle, boutique hotel at an affordable rate, 20 mins from the heart of Dubai and away from crazy traffic.

They did not have gluten free bread at breakfast.
