Really great hotel for the family. Kids won't get bored as they have things they can play with and adults have places where they can have coffee and a lounge where they can have a drink. Perfect location if you're planning to visit Dubai Parks. They also have free shuttle going to the park and back to the hotel. Also a free ride going to IBN Battuta mall.

It's just the AC of our room is not cooling enough even if we already adjusted the temperature to max. It is bearable, however we did not use any blanket as we are already too tired from the park and wanted to take a rest. Shuttle going to the Battuta Mall won't drop you to the exact mall itself. There was a little flood at the area and cars can still pass by, however the driver is dropping the people far from the mall and people who is not familiar of the area is figuring out how to go to the mall as there are places that is flooded that cannot pass on foot but the shuttle can easily drive by.

The same dish we took throughout a 10 night stay would always be different – Supreme Omelet for breakfast – sometimes it'd be with a lot of cheese, sometimes with a touch of it, sometimes without cheese at all. Overall, the breakfast offering could be improved.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my four kids and I have to say, it was exceptional in every sense. The hotel's location was ideal for walks with green surroundings that made us feel like we were in Norway. We enjoyed a short walk to the Outlet Village Mall, which was a cute little Italian-vibed mall, perfect for enjoying an ice cream and coffee in the outdoor area. The facilities for kids in this hotel are amazing. My kids had a blast in the play area, played the PS5, and enjoyed the nicely sized swimming pool. The available bicycles were also a great hit with my kids, who enjoyed biking in the hotel area and even riding the bikes to the Outlet Village Mall. The hotel's supermarket was also a big hit with my 4-year-old, who kept asking for money to go buy stuff while I watched from a safe distance. It cost me a few pennies, but it was totally worth it haha. Another great feature of this hotel is the laundry service. It was amazing being able to do laundry while being able to watch the kids in the play area located right outside the laundromat. We really appreciated the shuttle service that took us to different places, including Ibn Battuta. Although, there was one instance where we waited for the shuttle to take us back to the hotel but it didn't show up, so we ended up taking a taxi back. We informed the reception about the issue and they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded us the cost of the taxi, which was a really nice gesture. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everyone was courteous and helpful. A special shoutout to the African gentlemen in security and the manager Amira who went above and beyond to help me find a gold ring I lost during my stay, I really appreciated that. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with kids. The hotel staff were attentive, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for a family vacation.

It is better to have a car because it is around 20 min from the main attraction of Dubai

The hotel has very a special style, very comfy and cool. The staff are so nice and friendly. There is a small market that has all the essentials. The shuttle buses to some attraction in Dubai were very helpful. The rooms were so clean, the pool is very nice, and the lobby area is so cool. The gym and the play area were fun.

The location is very far from the center of the city, so it is more of a resort for family vacations to relax and chill. I was in Dubai for business meetings, and I had to take taxis for long trips to reach the meeting venues. I also recommend that the hotel arrange a shuttle bus to the airport with reduced cost. The taxi from the airport to the hotel costed me more than 300 dirhams.

Extremely clean, the biggest plus for me. Brand new sheets and all smelled clean and neat. Loved the peace inside the room, no traffic, no hustle of the city. For me amazing place

Rooms clean - staff cooperative and friendly- the hotel is Modern - very near to the park - they provide free shuttle bus to the parks, ibn batota mall and JBR . Hotel rates considered good. If you are planning to visit dubai parks more than one day this hotel is the best place to stay in. This is my third time staying in hotel

1) Small rooms but it will not affect you if you are spending all day outside . 2) the bathroom always had bad smell every time you use it . We booked two rooms all same issue 3) since it is far from dubai center, only few restaurants deliver to hotel.

Your staff is your biggest asset. They ( Front deskt, F&B, engineering as well as house keeping) are all friendly and helpful! They play area is a great ending of the day for the kids and so relaxing for the parents 😊. The food choices on the buffet are good and daily changed.

Not having a valley parking was a surprise for us in Dubai and reminded us at home, but was not a reason to ruin the stay. Although its difficult to accommodate everyone’s taste, i think a little more seasoning would not hurt. Despite this, i would definitely recommend the hotel with its staff and amenities.

i like the idea of designing this hotel. I like the supermarket on the ground floor. I like self service in laundry room. i like the lobby and study box.

the hotel itself was great. The stuff was great and friendly. However, Things need to be improved as below: Add Hotel valet parking. improve room service. Do some refurbishment on the floor of the corridors on all floor levels of the hotel. reduce the dump in the prayer room ground floor. in water section, in the entrance of the prayer room. this matter has been informed the staff at the reception 3 times. It was No action unfortunately.
