Really great hotel for the family. Kids won't get bored as they have things they can play with and adults have places where they can have coffee and a lounge where they can have a drink. Perfect location if you're planning to visit Dubai Parks. They also have free shuttle going to the park and back to the hotel. Also a free ride going to IBN Battuta mall.

It's just the AC of our room is not cooling enough even if we already adjusted the temperature to max. It is bearable, however we did not use any blanket as we are already too tired from the park and wanted to take a rest. Shuttle going to the Battuta Mall won't drop you to the exact mall itself. There was a little flood at the area and cars can still pass by, however the driver is dropping the people far from the mall and people who is not familiar of the area is figuring out how to go to the mall as there are places that is flooded that cannot pass on foot but the shuttle can easily drive by.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my four kids and I have to say, it was exceptional in every sense. The hotel's location was ideal for walks with green surroundings that made us feel like we were in Norway. We enjoyed a short walk to the Outlet Village Mall, which was a cute little Italian-vibed mall, perfect for enjoying an ice cream and coffee in the outdoor area. The facilities for kids in this hotel are amazing. My kids had a blast in the play area, played the PS5, and enjoyed the nicely sized swimming pool. The available bicycles were also a great hit with my kids, who enjoyed biking in the hotel area and even riding the bikes to the Outlet Village Mall. The hotel's supermarket was also a big hit with my 4-year-old, who kept asking for money to go buy stuff while I watched from a safe distance. It cost me a few pennies, but it was totally worth it haha. Another great feature of this hotel is the laundry service. It was amazing being able to do laundry while being able to watch the kids in the play area located right outside the laundromat. We really appreciated the shuttle service that took us to different places, including Ibn Battuta. Although, there was one instance where we waited for the shuttle to take us back to the hotel but it didn't show up, so we ended up taking a taxi back. We informed the reception about the issue and they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded us the cost of the taxi, which was a really nice gesture. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everyone was courteous and helpful. A special shoutout to the African gentlemen in security and the manager Amira who went above and beyond to help me find a gold ring I lost during my stay, I really appreciated that. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with kids. The hotel staff were attentive, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for a family vacation.

It is better to have a car because it is around 20 min from the main attraction of Dubai

Extremely clean, the biggest plus for me. Brand new sheets and all smelled clean and neat. Loved the peace inside the room, no traffic, no hustle of the city. For me amazing place

Every corner of the property smells good. Everything is very neat and clean. They don't bother about giving you water multiple times, unlike other hotels in DXB. Very good service. Vending machines are also available for water, chocolates,chips, soft drinks, and daily use items at reasonable cost... big and nice swimming pool..in general food at the restaurant is very good. Less options for vegetarian people like us but managable..breakfast was good as well.. Nice kids play area, gym, video games, table tennis 🏓 facilities...Peaceful place away from city..

Rooms clean - staff cooperative and friendly- the hotel is Modern - very near to the park - they provide free shuttle bus to the parks, ibn batota mall and JBR . Hotel rates considered good. If you are planning to visit dubai parks more than one day this hotel is the best place to stay in. This is my third time staying in hotel

1) Small rooms but it will not affect you if you are spending all day outside . 2) the bathroom always had bad smell every time you use it . We booked two rooms all same issue 3) since it is far from dubai center, only few restaurants deliver to hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at the Rove at the Park hotel in Dubai. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a refreshing and youthful vibe. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Dubai Parks and Resorts, as it is just a short distance away. The hotel is well-designed and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Stephanie at the front desk, who welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Additionally, Islam was amazing in handling all of our requests with professionalism and a friendly attitude. His excellent service made our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were spacious, well-organized, and spotless, with all the necessary amenities including a TV, minibar, safe, and a great air conditioning system. The beds were very comfortable, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is also equipped with a nice pool, a fitness center, and a restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was diverse and delicious. Overall, our stay at Rove at the Park was fantastic, and we highly recommend it for families, groups, or couples looking for a convenient, affordable, and comfortable place to stay in Dubai.

We've stayed at this hotel before when visiting DPR, which is just a quick 5-minute drive away—making the location absolutely perfect! We love the ROVE brand; it's budget-friendly yet modern, bright, friendly, and full of character. Every time we visit, the staff go above and beyond, but this stay was extra special! They made such a wonderful fuss over my son, who recently won a competition. From decorating the mirror and leaving a heartfelt congratulatory sign to a special goody bag, their thoughtful gestures truly made our trip unforgettable. We made full use of the facilities—the pool, games room, and restaurant—and loved every second. A special shoutout to Hnin at breakfast, whose warm smile ensured we started each day on the perfect note! We can't wait to return—thank you, ROVE, for another amazing experience!

Our stay at ROVE was fantastic as always, but I wanted to share an observation regarding the gym. There is a clear "Strictly Over 18s" sign at the entrance, yet I noticed young children (around 6 and below) running around unsupervised. Had I been using the gym, I would have been quite concerned for their safety around the equipment. I understand that it's the parents' responsibility to supervise their children, but perhaps having a staff member periodically monitor the gym—especially since it's located next to the games room—might help ensure a safer environment for everyone.

I sincerely wish i'de give a 10 because the hotel deserves it. But the only (and relatively critical con) is poor indoors sound insulation. During one of the nights guests from nearby rooms were entering and exiting their rooms during night every now and then. Because the doors are pretty heavy and locks are loud - i could very well hear everything that's happening outside of our room. Resulting in no sleep whatsoever.
