We liked so many things - 1) The location - across from the Metro, bus station to Abu Dhabi and next to huge beautiful global explorer theme Ibn Batuta shopping mall. 2) The excellent cooked breakfast buffet included in room payment which had such high quality ingredients and courteous staff, from cooks to cleaners & security 3) The gorgeous swimming pool with complimentary towels and padded loungers, ambient pool temperature, courteous catering and life guard staff and marvellous views 4) The lobby, with newspapers and magazibes, courteous staff hotel WiFi and complimentary boarding pass printing

I really like the location; it's very close to all transportation hubs, including bus and metro train stations, as well as the mall, allowing me to explore various dining options for dinner. The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast choices, including Asian, European, and definitely Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines. Last but not least, as a Muslim, I have the opportunity to walk 1.3 km to the mosque for salah/ pray.

The receptionist called me twice for checking out even though I had extended my stay at this hotel, this shows that she is not careful in reading hotel guests and made me not confortable.

He was incredibly professional, friendly, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. His warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference in our stay. I was especially impressed by the exceptional service provided by Jahan from the security team. Jahan was always courteous, attentive, and carried himself with a calm professionalism that made me feel both welcomed and safe. His friendly greetings and genuine concern for guests’ comfort really stood out, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Ameer, also from the security team, deserves high praise for his friendly and approachable nature. He was always quick to offer assistance, whether it was helping with directions or simply checking in with a smile. His positive attitude and attentiveness added a warm touch to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Ben at the reception was outstanding right from the start, handling our check-in with efficiency, professionalism, and a warm, welcoming smile. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and was happy to answer all our questions. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor really set the tone for a great stay. Dolly was also a pleasure to interact with throughout our time at the hotel. She was always approachable, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. Her cheerful attitude and excellent service added a personal touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. Everything! This hotel is beautiful, modern and the location is just fabulous! Just next to the metro station, you cross one street only and you are there at the hotel. I felt like I'm in home in this hotel, the personal is great, they are kind and helpful , I never felt so comfortable before! You can feel like you are going to have an amazing holiday just straight way! The cleaning is every day, the pool area is lovely! Breakfast is with nice celection, I found my favourite hummus and vegetables, also the coffee was so good! What more to say, oohh yes! Thank you Avani! You make my 8 days absolutely incredible! I will recomend this hotel to all of my friends! I would like to come back one day again! ❤️

There is nothing to don't like.

This was our second time staying here, and it truly feels like our home away from home. We visited during winter in Ramadan, and once again, our experience was wonderful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making our stay even more special. The staff were very helpful and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. As always, transactions were smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated. The only suggestion I have, is regarding the shower water pressure. If it could be increased, it would make the experience even better. Overall, another great stay, and we look forward to returning again!

Clean, Comfortable & Modern Rooms Rooms are modern and thoughtfully designed with plush bedding, wood accents, light-filled spaces, and strong Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxation or work. 3. Friendly & Attentive Staff The staff earn high marks for friendliness and excellent service. 4. Facilities & Amenities There’s also a 24-hour fitness centre, event spaces for meetings, a casual deli called The Pantry for quick bites, and on-site dining at the Pele Pool Bar & Social Club offering diverse international dishes and cocktails.

I had a fantastic stay at Avani Hotel. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable — ideal for both relaxation and getting around the city easily, thanks to its great location near the metro. I’d like to give a special thanks to the front office team — Ms. Pari, Mr. Evan, and Mr. Haroon — for their outstanding hospitality. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a positive difference and set the tone for a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers. I’ll definitely choose Avani again on my next visit to Dubai.

I stayed at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel from January 16th to 19th, 2025. While my experience started off with some frustration, the incredible staff completely turned it around and made my stay memorable. Before arriving, I sent two messages via Booking.com on separate occasions and one through Avani's website, but unfortunately, I never received a reply. This lack of communication was disappointing. Additionally, finding the hotel using Garmin GPS and Google Maps was a bit tricky and confusing. However, my frustrations melted away the moment I reached the hotel at around 10 pm. The warm welcome from the staff truly made my day. The gentleman in the black suit standing outside greeted us with a kind smile, Mahmoud took our bags cheerfully, and Shoaib at the front desk, along with his Sri Lankan trainee, completely shifted my perception of Avani. Shoaib was professional, friendly, and accommodating—he truly felt like Avani’s ambassador. During my three-day stay, I consistently noticed the same welcoming and smiling attitude from all staff members. The breakfast team deserves a special mention for their efficiency in clearing plates, their attentiveness, and their constant positivity. Room Quality: The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with room service doing an excellent job. Facilities: Parking, internet, pool, and gym were all available and easily accessible. One of the standout aspects of this hotel is its convenient location. Having Ibn Battuta Mall at the back for last-minute shopping was a huge plus, and the Ibn Battuta metro station right in front of the hotel made getting around Dubai effortless. In conclusion, despite some initial hiccups, my stay at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel was a great choice. The staff, especially Shoaib, turned what could have been an average experience into an excellent one. Thank you, Avani team, for your hospitality!

Breakfast Buffet: While the inclusion of special Indian dishes was nice, it felt like the options catered more to one group rather than the diverse mix of guests (Arabs, Asians, Europeans, and Americans). The dining area near the pool could benefit from having its access door relocated. It was windy during our stay, and the constant traffic through the central door disrupted our meal, forcing us to move our table. A different entry point might help.
